I had a wonderful experience with NJ oriental rug, cleaners. I’m an interior designer In the area and needed a rug serged for a client. They matched the serging color perfectly and did a beautiful job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!!

Horrible experience. Paid almost $250 for a move in clean. The only full bathroom is still dirty. The tub and toilet have black marks still in them. Asked for special attention to the baseboards and they were not touched. We've tried contacting them to ask for a refund and they are not calling back.

I'm not typically one to post negative reviews but my experience with this company was negative enough to require it. I used this service 2 times. The first crew, 2 women, was pleasant and friendly and did a great job. I had bought a groupon for the services and was more than satisfied. I scheduled another service several weeks later. I rushed home to be here to meet the cleaning crew. I was told they were slightly delayed and had no issues with that. However, the second quoted time came and went with no notification. I was unable to wait any longer and had to leave my home so, no service that day. Ewa was very apologetic and accomodating and we were able to schedule another service. This time, however, there were 3 women on the crew and they were not friendly at all. The main issue I have with this company is that I was not notified that there would be an additional person cleaning, which, obviously would increase the cost of the service. I had made it very clear to Ewa that I only required 2 hours of work and she was also aware of my budget limitations due to unexpected medical bills. I tried to contact Ewa as soon as the crew arrived, to confirm that my budget was limited but my calls and emails were never answered. Cant imagine there is much repeat business if this is the level of customer service that is offered on and off site. Disappointing.

We had My Cleaning Lady come and clean our house when we were moving out. They have come once before and did a great job, so we decided to contact them again. We had the oven and fridge cleaned as well as the standard cleaning. Everything looked great. They showed up at the scheduled time and did everything we asked. House looks great and I highly recommend. Communication was easy and the time was confirmed the Friday before our Monday cleaning. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for house cleaning in the area.

Wonderful job. Worked non stop to get a good clean. We had moved into our house a year before and hadn’t had a good clean til then. They got all the corners, hard to reach and previously overlooked areas. Extremely friendly and understanding service. Will use again!

Best cleaning service ever! I have had plenty of house cleaners and Olga’s is the most professional, cleanest, and quickest services. I have 3 children and 3 animals let that sink in lol. Hire them you won’t be disappointed!

Cleaning crew did an extraordinary job, setting up the appointment was a breeze, they were easy to communicate with and arrived a few minutes before the cleaning appointment. I was able to pay through zelle which was another bonus. I will be using them in the future when I need another cleaning

Oksana the owner is extremely easy and good to work with. I needed a cleaner on short notice to clean a house after an open house. Oksana had a team out within a matter of hours and did a phenomenal job. She was very responsive, professional, nice to work with, and did a phenomenal job. She helped me out in a jam on extremely short notice when 10 other places couldn't help me. She's amazing and highly recommended to anyone looking for a cleaning

We needed a deep clean to get the house ready to list for sale. The team that came in got right to work and left our house sparkling and spotless. It was a big job - 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, living room, family room and kitchen! So happy with the results!!
