I have a pet friendly home so regular carpet cleaning is a must. Elvi provided excellent service. He told me about the one year guarantee program and which products to use for spot cleaning in between visits - this was great service.

Great service. Appointment was made less than 24 hours before Elvi was at my home right on time. There were some stains that I he removed that I didn’t think would come out. Would highly recommend Stanley (and Elvi) to anyone in need of this service.

Brandon did an excellent job and has bought the furniture to looking new again. He was very thorough, invested and didn’t stop until the fabric was fully cleaned. Strong recommendation

Always great results with Stanley Steamer services. Had 4 bedrooms, kitchen tile & laundry room tile done & results are just as expected - perfect! Sandy our technician was informative & professionally did his job. They are pricey but willing to honor a coupon from Valpak or online. Will continue to use their services.

Manuel and Joel delivered! Great service and these guys are extremely thorough. The only downside is the long range of arrival window and potential delays but they get the job done right when they arrive. If you live in big apartment you probably want to ask them to bring the portable unit.

I received wonderful service today. The gentleman who cleaned my rugs Explained the service to me cleaned my rugs. Professionally was nice and did an exceptional job. I highly recommend Stanley steamer. I’ve used them in the past and never had an issue. I am always extremely satisfied and today was no different. My rugs look amazing. They smell terrific, and I am extremely happy.

Our technician (Sandy) was excellent. Very thorough and careful, and very courteous. We had 2 chairs cleaned in our living room, and they came out great.

Elvi did an amazing job, he explained everything to us. He let us know when he was coming, and showed up when he was supposed to. He left everything so clean and sparkling. I would most definitely recommend him, 100%.! Thank you Elvi For a job well done.

Service technician was kind and respectful. He operated fast and efficiently, for the price it was a great service but I recommend deep cleaning your high traffic areas every 6 months to preserve the longevity of your carpets and floors.

Manny and Alex were professional and friendly. I had a medium spot of stain to be removed from my carpet. They explained in details of the cleaning process and were very patient with my concerns. It was quick and thank goodness the stain was completely removed. I was very much satisfied and happy with the job they did in removing the stain. Amazing job! They also provided me plan options for any future carpet cleaning. The plan was reasonable, so I purchased it. I would definitely ask them both again to clean my carpet. Thanks Manny and Alex!

I had Stanley Steemer come out for the first time today to clean my couches, a staircase, and a room, and I’m so impressed with the experience. Kelvin was extremely friendly, professional, and respectful of my home. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the areas looked great before leaving.

You can tell he really takes pride in his work. Everything looks and smells so much fresher, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. If I book with Stanley Steemer again, I would absolutely request Kelvin specifically.

My service request was not listed below which was tile and grout floor cleaning for kitchen, livingroom, bedroom & bathroom. We had an outstanding experience with Gregory from Stanley Steamer. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. He walked through our home, explained exactly what he would be doing, and made sure we felt comfortable with the process before he started.
We scheduled the cleaning because my allergies had been terrible, and Gregory went above and beyond — when he finished the master bedroom, he actually brought me in to see if I could breathe better. And I could! That level of care and attention truly impressed us.
The carpets look amazing, the air feels fresher, and the pricing was absolutely fair for the quality of work provided. We will definitely be making this part of our yearly routine. Highly recommend

Id give 10 stars if I could. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpets due to stains and what looked like damage. Brandon and Augustine did a phenomenal job getting the carpet to look brand new. I was truly amazed. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I have a great experience today with this cleaning company. Specifically Albana she was very nice and her cleaning was simply perfect. Deep cleaning she did. Every room was perfect. I would recommend her to anyone. She’s great at what she does and she makes sure you like everything before she leave and she lets you know if it’s something she needs to go over she will. With no problem.
