The response was swift, but ultimately a letdown. A technician visited my home, assessed the issue, and then left with another individual who claimed he'd return in an hour. However, he never showed up. Another person arrived and departed shortly thereafter, only to return again in about an hour to re-examine the problems.

During this time, I was surprised by the level of confusion between the technicians, who couldn't agree on how to proceed with the work. A significant portion of the day was spent discussing the issue rather than taking action. The coordinator on the phone, Kyle, didn't fare much better – when I reached out to express my concerns, he promised to look into the matter but never followed through.

I initially contacted this company for a pipe leak and backup issue, only to be told that I needed a bathroom remodel due to its age. Fortunately, I was able to find another service that met my needs at a significantly lower cost, with faster and more efficient work. The lack of proper equipment, including masks and gloves, also raised concerns about the company's level of expertise.

My experience has left me questioning their professionalism, and I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Had a late-night toilet emergency and was relieved by quick response from this plumber, arriving in under 30 minutes. The repair was done at a fair price and efficiently. They're clearly one of the top plumbing services in the Clifton area - no complaints here.

Got a new water heater because the old one died on me.

I called up the plumber who installed my original water heater and he wasn't sure if he could replace it in the same day. He gave me a runaround while waiting for his response, but I ended up reaching out to Angler through Google reviews anyway. They said they'd be over within an hour and were cheaper than the guy who originally installed it.

Their technician, Colin, did a top-notch job. He was courteous, tidy, and efficient. You won't find anyone better. The original plumber called back later and still didn't know if he could do the job that day, but I wasn't having it - I'd already found someone else who was almost done with the new installation.

If you need a plumber, skip Blue Sky's competitor and go straight to Angler. They'll take a photo of your old water heater and the sticker with its specs and send you a quote right back. It was cheaper than my original plumber and they stuck to it - no surprises.

The whole process took less than three hours from start to finish, which is exactly what I'd expect from a reliable service like Angler's.

I needed emergency plumbing work done at 1am, so I called Blue Sky Plumbing. They arrived promptly, did the job quickly, and fixed my clogged drain perfectly. The technician was courteous and helped me rearrange things to make the process smoother. When I write reviews, I'm honest - this company truly delivered great service with speedy results. I've never had a problem since their visit. They estimated an hour or less for arrival time and came within that window. My drain was in rough shape, but they restored it to working order. Thanks for the excellent customer experience.

Is this really an 8/10 service company?

I spoke with Mr. Al-Janadi about fixing a leaking faucet and was initially satisfied with his demeanor, appearing soft-spoken, reassuring, and professional. He assured me he'd do the best job possible.

Over two days, he completed the repair. I was pleased with the work, feeling it was competent. However, when the bill arrived, I was surprised to see a labor charge of $450 plus materials for $100.36. The receipt included a metal cutter blade, which seemed unnecessary and added to the total cost.

The amount exceeded my budget, leaving me struggling to afford it. Mr. Al-Janadi showed some flexibility by offering to replace the old part, but only at a reduced price of $425. I reluctantly agreed to this compromise, knowing I'd face further issues down the line.

As soon as we settled on going back to the original setup, his demeanor changed. He hastily reinstated the old parts and left without waiting for it to be tested. Unfortunately, this resulted in an even bigger leak, making the experience a disaster.

The takeaway from this is that I won't be using Mr. Al-Janadi's services again, and I'll be more cautious of service providers who promise low costs or favorable terms, as these often come with hidden consequences.
