Tree reviews in Clifton, New Jersey

i have used other tree services in the past. But never did i see professionalism like this. there equipment, men, and the way they do things is unbelievable. I could not stop watching them on my project.
Not only was I impressed by the knowledge of there leader Casey. But down to the cleanup. they left me nothing to do. It was like no one was even there.
excellent company highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the great job!

Sent an inquiry for a quote to have 2 trees removed. They said they service my area and asked for my email . I provided all of the information, home address, phone number and email.
NEVER heard from them.
Will never inquire or recommend this place.

I had a tree in my backyard. I paid for both a tree and stump removal. They came and cut down the tree. They completed the job super quickly and they cleaned up the area. After they cut down the tree they stated they didn’t have the tree stump grinder with them on the date of service but that they’d contact me and to schedule the stump grinding.

Only removing stars because the tree cutting service was done mid-to-end March 2023… it is now January 2024 and they never followed up.

Aspen is professional in all aspects of their business, from detailed estimates with photos to scheduling to completion of your project. Casey always goes above and beyond and cleans up all debris when complete. Aspen is a class act!

Go no further searching for a professional tree pruning and removal company. I am so pleased with the way my job was done from start to finish.. Aspen had to use a crane to remove 2 large trees from my property ,grind stumps etc and prune other trees . My property was left extremely clean.Great family company. A pleasure to do business with. Thank you Casey and your crew.

From the start they came in like a bull. AROLDO ( Phenominol tree climber) ..MIGUEL( Professional). PARSEE.
( STRONG). And all the other workers working hard. All the crew was amazing. If you want your tree cut no matter the size call Aspen tree. They stood by there estimate with the young lady who answer's the phone. And the estimate was the most cheapest price. I had two companies here at my residence at the same time. And the difference in professionalism was night & day. They were respectable of my home and very courteous. Thank you Aspen tree. Was worth it, what a cost effective price to pay and a relaxing experience to watch.

They came to look gave us a price and came back a few hours later and did a wonderful job. They made sure they cleaned up and raked where the weeping cherry was removed and they ground downtrend stump. Fast, reasonable and professional. Thank you Aspen.

I got two trees removed. The aspen team was very good from the start. They are very prompt with getting back to you with answers and invoicing. The team did a great job with removing the trees and stumping. Highly recommend them!

Thank you Aspen Tree Care Professionals for getting to us so quickly to remove our trees after the storm. They’re a great company to work with! They have amazing customer service and great prices.

If I could give ten stars I would. I had a property line cut of a huge tree and some smaller ones which was actually a big job. The crew did an impeccable job and their cleanup was just as good as their work on the trees. I could not be happier with every aspect of the job from initial contact to completion. Very reasonable price also. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Had an excellent experience of Aspen Tree Service. Communication before and during the job was good, price was fair, the owner was very accommodating and knowledgeable, and the price was fair.

The Aspen Tree Services team did a great job removing a large, fallen tree in my yard. They also cleaned the area well afterward. They made the process easy and for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

Aspen Tree Service took down 2 huge trees in my backyard this past Saturday. There prices were affordable and their service is spectacular!! I was very impressed with their Professionalism and Quality of work. If you are looking for someone who will 'GET THE JOB DONE' give Aspen Tree Service a call. I will be recommending them to my friends and family!

Jason of Aspen inspected the 10 trees on my property in December, 2021. One had to be removed, three needed some dead wood removed and pruning, and some saplings close to the house needed to be trimmed back. After receiving bids from two other tree companies I engaged Aspen who came on February 19 and completed the work. My town required a permit for the tree that needed to be removed and Aspen filed the application and obtained the permit on my behalf. It was a large Oak situated at the end of my driveway in a fairly narrow open space between my house and my neighbor's. It also hung partly over my roof so it was quite difficult to remove.

I dealt mostly with Jason and Marion in the office who were both very professional. Before February 19 Casey also came to make sure they had enough room to maneuver their equipment from the street into my driveway. He also surveyed the street and advised me to let my immediate neighbors know so the street was kept clear of cars. The day before Jason also put up no parking signs on my block. Jason, Casey and the rest of the Aspen crew who came to do the work on February 19 were very professional and did a good job cleaning up.

I've lived here for almost 32 years and during that time I've had to have some trees removed and dead wood removed from others. During that time I've engaged at least three other tree companies. Aspen has been the best and I would use them again.

Aspen cut down 4 trees and ground the stumps. They were efficient, well priced, responsive AND clean-up everything. They even put my garden bed border back in place and reset everything I had moved from them. They are wonderful!

Aspen removed some trees from our front yard. They did a great job, fast, efficient, and left without any trace of a mess. All for very reasonable pricing. Also friendly and easy to deal with. We have a railroad that goes past the back of our house. Lots of dead trees in danger of falling on our property. After over a year of asking them to take care of it, I finally gave them Aspen's contact info. Aspen came out, surveyed the area and gave the railroad a quote, which the railroad finally approved. They cut down over a dozen dead trees in a matter of hours and removed all the trunks and debris. A great company. Highly recommended.

I needed an emergency tree removal on a Saturday night and I had the good luck to find Aspen Tree Services. Every part of the process was above average, from the two people who answered the main number, to Corey who called me to arrange the service, to the crew who were very professional. I appreciated that they were able to get here quickly, complete the job without any damage to property and do a perfect clean-up.

By far the most professional tree service that I have used. The crew was respectful of my property as well as my neighbors. They were incredibly organized and efficient, leaving my trees and property looking perfect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services.

I am extremely pleased with the job Aspen Tree did for me. I needed three Ash trees cut down and removed from my property. Casey visited my home and created a plan which was effective and safe. Aspen performed the job to my satisfaction. My yard was left clean and neat. It was as if they were never there!! I highly recommend Aspen Tree to anyone in need of a top-notch tree service.

Casey and the team at Aspen were absolutely great to work with. Professional, punctual, take pride in their work. Took our 90ft tree down, and you’d never know it because they took such care in cleaning up after the job was complete. 100% recommend to anyone

Last year they cut down a huge oak tree in my backyard, great job, cleaned everything up when they were done. And also diagnosed and treated another tree in my yard which had some disease. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again if I have any more trees to take down or trim. Thank you again :)
