we live in a small house and needed our air ducts cleaned since it had been a long time. a two-person crew showed up right on time. first, they explained the duct cleaning process again, even though i had already heard it over the phone, which made me feel comfortable. one worker, jaden, went upstairs and taped off all the supply and return registers. the other worker stayed in the basement to set up the vacuum on the main system. then, both started cleaning from their spots. upstairs, jaden carefully vacuumed each register and as much ductwork as possible, while in the basement, the other technician used an air nozzle to clean the lower sections. the main vacuum kept pulling out all the dust and debris. they also made some round entry points in the basement ductwork, which they sealed up after finishing, so they can be used again if needed. the whole team was very professional and worked quickly. we highly recommend this duct cleaning service.
