When I called I was quoted $69 per vent. When they showed up it suddenly became $250 per vent - despite the technician telling me “whoever built your vents did a really good job - they’re stainless steel, rigid pipes, nothing to break.” He was in and out in under 25 min for two vents (on the phone, they told me it would take at least an hour, which confirms my vents were not complex or dirty). And he took photos of my property (which I caught on camera), which isn’t particularly professional. Later the central office texted me to “confirm how much I was charged.” Well - I’ll tell you here. I was charged $500 plus 4% credit card fee, despite being quoted $138.
