Michael was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it with professionalism and a friendly attitude. He took the time to explain the issue in detail, and he left everything clean and working perfectly.

Brendan was professional and explained everything he needed to do before getting the job done quickly.

Our tech was great. Arrived early and got right to work. Explained what was going to happen and got to it. Once the issue was resolved he explained what the cause was and what he did. He even gave us a bottle of stuff to keep our pipes good. In and out in about an hour

Aaron came and saved the day. He fixed an issue with the shower faucet and did it the right way. It was a great relief for him to fix everything in a few hours. I would recommend him all day. For those who like cleanliness he even put in shoe covers. Would give 10 stars if I could

My first technician came out yesterday and couldn't figure out how to unclog my drain, left a HUGE mess behind, and left me infuriated to say the least -- I was prepared to caution my friends against Roto Rooter until I met Justin who was so kind & understanding, quick & efficient, and was so courteous about leaving my home in the best condition possible. You can tell he really cares about the job he's doing! I wish I would have looked at the reviews before booking so I could ask for Justin! Thank you Justin!!!

They were able to come on a Sunday within 2 hours to clear a drain that was causing a backup in a kitchen sink. Very nice interactions with the scheduler and the tech. Would call them again.

My first time calling on Roto-Rooter to my townhouse; never had problem in 5 years. Our basement pump tank was oozing stink!
The reservation lady was excellent; the men were on time and gave a heads up 30 minutes out. Showed up neat; professional; observant; good listeners. Quickly identified the problem w our basement pump; actually w the electrical circuit that was dead. Plugged in elsewhere…pump clicked on; all good. Horrible service extremely rude. Wanted to do an excavation to clear out a drain when it wasn't needed. I ended up calling a local plumbing company that brought out a bigger machine and snake 100 foot and that was able to solve the problem rather than paying Roto-Rooter $15,000 to do an excavation.

Exceeded all my expectations. They came v about 20 minutes earlier than the beginning of the service window. The technician was patient and helpful had the work done in a short time. Wonderful experience.

I call on a Saturday afternoon and got help that afternoon. I’m a landlord and live 3.5hrs from my property. When I booked appointment they gave me a 4hr window to wait. Plumber Aaron was there in 1hrs. He fixed problem. Had to twice go back to Home Depot to get parts & toilet. Did a great job.
