Constraction reviews in Cranford, New Jersey

This Is Who You Want In Your Home.

We highly recommend Luke at NWS Construction and Dana Marceline Design. They are super responsive, reliable and provide high quality service and construction.

A company like no other, exceptional service and great quality. Luke is a well rounded person who is there for you from start to finish.

I would highly recommend NWS Construction. Very professional as well as highly integral. Luc did a great job of assessing the job and making sure that it was done the right way. I also appreciated the fact that the communication was there from beginning to end. As a home owner it is very difficult to find a contractor that is fair and does quality work. I was comfortable and never felt slighted at all. I wish I could give more stars!

I was first referred to NWS by my realtor after having issues with multiple contractors. NWS was originally brought in for a small framing project, but after seeing the quality of work done by Luke and his team, they replaced the other contractors who were struggling with even the simplest of jobs. This eventually led to NWS completing a kitchen renovation, carpentry, interior painting, siding, patios, and extensive electrical work throughout my property.

Working with Luke was a breath of fresh air - he was punctual, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I appreciated that Luke was attentive and always checking the work performed by his team for quality.

NWS Construction has exceeded expectations and has become my go-to home improvement contractor, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

Lucas and his team are truly one of a kind! It’s rare to find people like them in the trade these days. Their pricing is super competitive, the turnaround time is quick, and the quality of their work is absolutely unmatched. I’ve worked with several companies before, but this team has completely raised the bar. From now on, Lucas and his crew will be my go-to for any project. Can’t wait to work with them again!

I recently had the opportunity to list a property for sale on behalf of NWS Construction, and it was a fantastic experience. Working with Luke and Dana not only showcased their exceptional interior design and construction quality but also highlighted their professionalism and commitment to excellence. Their attention to detail in construction was evident, making my job as a listing agent much easier. The property was in impeccable condition, which undoubtedly contributed to its appeal to potential buyers.

Communication with Luke and Dana was seamless throughout the entire process. They were responsive, open to collaboration, and always willing to provide additional insights about the property’s features and craftsmanship. This collaborative effort ensured that we presented the property in the best light possible.

Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we were able to attract significant interest and ultimately achieve a successful sale. Their professionalism and quality of work truly set them apart in the industry.

I highly recommend Luke and Dana for any construction and interior design needs and look forward to continuing our partnership in the future. Together, they are the ultimate duo in new construction and design.

I had an excellent experience with Luke, Dana and NWS construction. I had initially gotten my bathroom remodeled by another contractor who did a completely sub-par job. Then I had NWS come in a fix all of their mistakes and I am more than happy with the errors they fixed and the aesthetic of the work. Following the bathroom I had my kitchen completely remodeled. Full gut, moving gas lines, new electrical, everything. The work exceeded my expectations, everything was completed quickly and correctly. Dana helped me so much with choosing everything from appliances, fixtures, and cabinet pulls. They make the process relatively painless. Luke has an extremely high standard for craftsman ship and is very professional. If something is done incorrectly the first time, even something minor, he will make sure that it is redone and exceeding your expectation. I highly recommend Luke, Dana and NWS construction if you’re planning on any renovations to your property. You won’t regret it.

I have recommended Dave of BIG to several of my business clients and they have all said his work was great, timely and clean. His work made me look good.

I had a leaking roof which I tried to have fixed several times with no luck. Dave came up with a innovative solution and have had no problems since. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Dave and his team did some work at my office. They were on time, completed the jobs I needed and cleaned up afterwards. Can't complain at all. I definitely would use Ballan again!

Ballan Improvement Group has taken care of several of our business customers as well as family members. They’ve done a fantastic job for whatever projects were needed and we will continue to recommend them for whatever handyman or home improvement projects might come up.

I would highly recommend Ballan Improvement Group for any home Improvement needs especially bathroom projects. They were extremely effective, professional, and honest. Nothing but the best quality work. Give them a call if you want anything done with excellent quality.

Dave and his team refurbished my fireplace and bathroom. The work was somewhat tricky, but they did a great job, better than I even had hoped for. I highly recommend BIG. Dave is super responsive, shows up on time, solves problems, is clean / respectful in the house, and reasonably priced. As anyone who's looked for contractors in Hudson County knows, this can be challenging (impossible?) to find.

David was recommended to us and we were so grateful to have found him. We had a lot of jobs to get our house ready for sale. He and his team were very helpful and patient with our changing priorities and needs. All of the work was high quality, the price was reasonable, and they always get their commitments. We feel fortunate to have found David and his team.

From day one David and his crew were top notch. The crew was dependable and I’ve never seen such complete clean-up every day. We dealt with some changes due to my supply choices and they went above and beyond to rectify it. He was always available when I called and I couldn’t recommend a better company to do any of your projects. Thanks David and crew for a job well done.

Ballan improvement Group has helped us improve aspects of our home time and time again. We have had a variety of projects executed with them and 100% satisfied every time. The owner, David, is professional, personable, and reliable. He is easy to work with and offers suggestions on improvements to maximize efficiency and price. We just finished our largest project with BIG and couldn’t be happier. I will continue to call BIG for all future home improvement projects. Five stars!

David is a reliable vendor that I use for properties that I manage. He handles every work order with care and is extremely responsive. He always takes the time to explain what and how he is performing the work. That kind of excellence is something to be appreciated!

Dave was hired by my property manager to repair the roof and then sent to my unit to replace the sheetrock that suffered water damage. His team did a fabulous job! I then hired him to do a variety of work in my other unit as I prepared it for sale. I was impressed by their professionalism and skill. They did quality work and left the place clean and neat. We soon developed a trusting working relationship and I then hired Dave and his team to do a full renovation. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Ballan Improvement Group for any type of home improvement. He works especially well with a variety of projects, such as turning over a rental unit. (painting; plumbing; installing cabinets, light fixtures, electrical outlets, faucets, etc.)

I had the pleasure of working with Dave and his team on 2 bathroom renovations for a design client. They were knowledgable and stayed on track with the timeline. I look forward to working on the next renovation with Ballan IG!

The owner David is a true proponent for the customer. We have the opportunity recently to work together on a project which had major hurdles to get over. David was short to be there every step of the way to get the project accomplished as quickly as possible for the customer. Look forward to working together in the future.
