US Electric hired my company and used our labor with no intention of paying us. They owe our electricians over $100,000 and we are now forced to lien the property we worked on and have to file a criminal complaint against this organization as well.

We were contracted to work on a project in Brooklyn NY for US electric and we were deprived of material and my labor was taken and used for other tasks without my consent. We requested direction verbally and via email to no avail then we were asked to leave right before we finished and then they promised to pay us but then reneged, we put them in collections but this seems to be common practice for them and their lawyers in Florida.
