House Cleaning reviews in Cranford, New Jersey

Jersey Maids do a great job!!!
Brenda and Glenda do an excellent job, always happy with what they do.

The cleaners used abrasive chemical on my beautiful wooden finish kitchen cabinets, leaving dark stains on them. There are about 3 cabinets destroyed along with carved wooden moldings.I feel extremely sad and frustrated since what is supposed to be a standard cleaning job has left my cabinets damaged.
The cleaners were apologetic when the incident happened, and the manager promised to get back with quotes for fixes before settling the bill. I have not heard anything since the day of incident ,even after texting the owner many times.

I was impressed by the job that Lina and Nancy performed in cleaning my home. When Lina and Nancy arrived, we did a walk through, identifying problem areas. I was given a timetable on when the job should be completed. When I came back home, I was pleasantly surprised of how refreshed my home looked and smelled....my wife commented that our front room Bay window had been that clear in years...my wife's Curio cabinets had years of dust and now they look brand new...We are considering registering for a monthly cleaning plan, in which we would be requesting Lina Nancy for the service..they were fantastic..😃😇

Delmy and Antonia are the best and they did a great job. Spotless cleaning all the house!

Team 8, Delmy and Antonia came to my home and did a epic deep cleaning that was nothing short of incredible. I'm so grateful for them and their time.

Jersey Maids Team 7, Brenda and Linda are the best!! Always clean and neat, and if ever something is missed(once or twice over a few years), they are back in no time to make it right

I have used this company several times with okay results, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. The cleaning lasted two hours and only covered the three upstairs bedrooms of my townhome, leaving me to finish cleaning the entire downstairs myself.

To make matters worse, I was charged an additional $39 for 15 minutes of “extra time,” despite having made it clear in advance that I did not want to approve or be billed for extra time. In total, I paid $239 for a service that felt incomplete.

When I called management to request that the added charge be removed, I was instead offered a $30 credit toward a future cleaning. Unfortunately, given this experience, there will not be a next time

Have been using jersey maids for years now. Very professional and they do a great job. We love team 2!

We’ve been using Jersey Maids for a couple years now. The service is great but I really want to commend Brenda and Glenda (team 7) who are always so timely, thoughtful, and efficient.

Team 8 were great. Very polite, very helpful and made sure to check in with me to make sure the service was up to standards. I look forward to scheduling with team 8 again.
