I called them on February 1st about a water leak from my furnace's overflow pipe due to a blockage from freezing. My wife and I managed to thaw the pipe and got it under control before they arrived the next day. The technician was great, but what really stood out was their reassurance that there were no signs of wetness or mold in the ceiling near the vent where the water leaked. They suggested installing a heating weather strip over the pipe to prevent future issues.

They said they'd order the strip and the $190 emergency visit fee would be deducted from the work order for installation. We agreed, but after waiting 4 days for confirmation, there was no update. When I called back to inquire about the status, they claimed to have placed an order but had no idea when it would arrive. Again, no follow-up.

At this point, I realized what kind of service to expect from this company and decided not to deal with them again. $190 down the drain feels like a fair assessment of my experience.
