Had an appointment Saturday July 10, they did not show up or even call, it's been a week now. Being busy is one thing, not following the simplest of good business practices is another. Like showing up, or calling if you can't make it to reschedule.

Called this place for installation pool inquiry / estimate and spoke to someone not interested in working due to being “very busy”. Sent email as per his request never even bothered to respond. The person I spoke to was rude. I vividly remember the person telling me that they wanted to make sure I was serious about getting an estimate because they didn’t want their time wasted.
My email dated back in May 2020, thank you for your time now to respond to this review but I thankfully found someone else and no longer need your business.

I can not say enough great things about Naso pools. They did a tremendous job cleaning my pool. They worked in the rain without any complaints. The employees that came to my house were professional and very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs pool services.

Ed Naso and his team are exceptional. They've kept my pool clean and added features such as a waterfall, new pump and new filter.

They are reasonably priced and very honest which is something very rare in this field.

Our pool opening was handled by them. Had an issue that was related to the prior closing performed by someone else. Ed from Naso came back and corrected the issue and at the same time fixed my Polaris. Extremely knowledgeable and will definitely be using them again.

Honestly, every pool company I called blew me off... except for Ed Naso. He called me back promptly, answered all my questions scheduled a visit and advised me on what to do before hand so his visit shouldn't be a waste of time. The pool is running perfect now with barely any maintenance needed. I highly recommend Naso Pools.

I highly recommend Naso Pools. The owner Ed is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He taught us how to take care of our pool- took his time and explained everything we needed to do. He even helped me detect an issue with the drainage system from my gutters (completely not pool related).

The first few years in my house, I tried a few pool companies. All of them left my pool filter with a leak. One company told me that I needed to replace it, two other companies told me to replace a bunch of components. We started saving for a new system, but then we found Naso Pools. When we switched to them, miraculously the leaking stopped. And it hasn’t leaked since. The guys from the other companies just didn’t do a good job of aligning the O ring. Although the filter is old, and will likely require replacement soon, it worked 5+ more years than expected thanks to Naso Pools. They are wonderful, helpful, I wouldn’t use any other pool company. Booking the appointments is also very easy, it’s all done online.

Ed is a professional and extremely knowledgeable in servicing pools and fixing control panels. I called many different Pool Service companies, and all I got was a run around. Ed from Naso pools was the only person out of five companies that I called, was honest, reliable and had parts available at his disposal.
I cannot thank him enough for all he’s done and highly recommend his services.

This summer opened my pool on my own. At first, my pool pump had a humming noise but the propeller didn’t rotate. I fixed that problem but then another emerged, the pump wasn’t starting at all. I did my research and contacted approximately 15-20 pool companies in my area and no one had the time to either come fix it or replace it and were less than helpful on the phone due to the high volume of work around spring season.

That’s when I contacted Naso pool. I spoke with Ed (company owner) on the phone and advised him of my issue. Ed took time out of his day to walk me through troubleshooting the pump so that I wouldn’t have to spend too much money. After replacing the capacitor and trying different things, I decided it was time to have Ed come fix it or replace it. The scheduling process online is very easy and was able to get him to come out a week later.

While speaking with Ed during the time he was replacing my pool pump, I noticed that he was extremely knowledgeable. Not only with pools, but he knew a lot about electrical and plumbing work. I was very satisfied with his service and tips on how to keep my pool in top shape. I really appreciate everything he did, he definitely puts the costumer first and I will definitely be recommending his company to other friends and will be using his services in the future.
