These are a great group of guys! Arlene, the owner, came out to give the estimate when he promised to and showed up on trim day on time. They cleaned up the area and worked effectively. I need another large tri-trunked tree removed in September. He was so good I asked for the estimate on that tree while the guys were loading their truck with equipment. I can recommend this tree serve whole heartedly.

We had a very bad storm that knocked out power and knocked down multiple trees in the county. Our 35+FT tree was split with the remaining part leaning toward power lines. We called Dogwood Tree svc and they were able to send someone out that evening to give us an estimate, even though they were booked solid due to the storm. By the next evening they arrived before we even had power in the neighborhood, they were professional and efficient. They cut down the tree and cleaned the area, I have and would recommend Dogwood Tree Service to my family and friends.

I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who needs a tree felled. They did a great job of not hitting any vehicles or the house, and there was a neighbors car and our house almost directly under it. It was gigantic. So we had some tornadoes come thru a few weeks ago, and had a 60 ft tree in our front yard that was stuck by lightning that day. We had a few estimates that were over $3000. However, Elmer came out & gave us a reasonable price as well as being kind & understanding about what we needed done. He also didnt rush thru the estimate. He was super helpful & helped us navigate this adventure. His employees were kind & willing to answer any questions or concerns I had the day they were here. They moved our concrete bird bath out of the way so it didn't get destroyed, which i was very appreciative of because it was my grandmother's. They chipped as much as possible & left the biggest pieces because I didn't want to pay the extra cost to have that removed too.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I also had a Rose of Sharon bush in the middle of the yard as well as some hibiscus that were surrounded by brick stones. They were completely demolished. But the rose of Sharon we had planned on digging up because it has never done well. The hibiscus however was one we planted 2 yrs ago & it has been coming back every year (which if u know about Hibiscus 🌺 you know they are a tropical flower that usually struggles in Arkansas). That was disappointing.

But an overall pleasant experience minus the loss of a big beautiful tree that has been here since my parents bought this house, I was 7 yrs old. But that isn't my issues it's only because of the flowers, but we can replant them & hopefully they will do just as well. Thank you to Elmer & his team for a job well done.❤️

Dogwood was reasonably priced, respectful, and professional. They did a great job cleaning up. They removed 2 large pine trees as well as grinding 6 stumps. They did a great job. I would recommend them to others.

Dogwood is clearing limbs away from the power lines in my neighborhood, and finished around my house today. I have lived here 23 years and have seen several companies do this work. Dogwood is far and away the most professional company ever. If I were their supervisor, I could not have gotten them to do a better job. I hope the city or power company continues to use them in the future, and next time I have a need, they will be my first call. Thanks.
