Had a kitchen clogged drain. Eddie's team were honest and resolved the issue which was a minor one for which a different company recommended a major work including opening the ceiling and replacing the drain pipe. Trustworthy service. Highly recommended.

We got Eddie Plumbing for a second opinion and so glad we did. They let us know our pipes were fine and only our faucet needed to be replaced. This saved us so much money over the other quote we got from a big company. Plumber arrived on time and did a great job!

We called Eddie B for a clog that keeps backing up into the basement. We replaced our sewer line, and had a different plumber come out after that for additional issues. Two plumbing companies in- and we were not getting any answers, despite a new sewer. Brian communicated his arrival time, and what to expect. He arrived in a timely fashion. He told us how he was going to resolve the problem and the cost expected with the service. Great communication! Overall, a wonderful experience. We sure will be calling them again.

They do good work. Repaired my gas pipes quickly at a reasonable price. Their techs sometimes walk you through the work they will do, but other times they just come and take notes without discussing options much with you.

Jason and crew of Eddie B's are the most impressive plumbing company I have ever used before. Definitely recommend them as they stand by their work are wonderful to deal with! Kudos to this company!!

TLDR- don’t call them if you need an estimate/work done in a reasonable timeframe.

I’ve used Eddie B over the past few years and my family has been using them for several years before that. Service and quality was always fine to good- there’s likely a positive review from at least one of us from a past project. This time, I called them for an estimate to replace two fixtures and two small (so far) but active leaks. I set up the appointment a week before we settled on our house because we did want to get things knocked out as soon as possible. I didn’t call anyone else to compare quotes because I trusted them as a company. The problems we have had this time around I’m guessing boils down to poor communication? They came out two weeks ago- several hours past the appointment time I had scheduled. No call confirming the appointment or notifying me that they were running so late. Not a big deal but it definitely would have been nice. At two hours past our scheduled appointment time, I had to call to ask if they were coming/make sure I hadn’t written down the wrong day somehow.

Someone came out, he seemed professional and was courteous. Said we would get an estimate in 1-2 days. Sounded great! We waited. He was there on Monday, we didn’t hear anything by Thursday so I called to check in. Told we would receive the estimate early the following (this) week. That’s not great, but ok. We waited. I called again yesterday and was told someone would call me back today. I called around 4 today since I still hadn’t heard anything. I was told the person working on our estimate was out at a job all day that we *might* get the estimate sometime early next week. I said that it’s been two weeks of no response and that we have active leaks. I received an apathetic response at best from their office staff.

If they had at any point said they were too busy to take on a new project, that would have been completely fine. Likewise, if they were able to schedule the fix for the leaks and said they’d have a quote for the bigger things in a few weeks- fine. Waiting for two weeks with no communication while not being able to use our washing machine or basement sink to avoid a more significant problem developing is not at all fine. It’s now two weeks later and we’re scrambling trying to find someone more responsive and reliable. It’s disappointing as we have a ton of renovation work ahead of us and were genuinely looking forward to working with a contractor we were already familiar with for this and a few upcoming projects.

We had a minor plumbing issue in our bathroom where the hot water continued to leak even after being turned off. I asked my neighbors for a recommendation and they said call Eddie B. Plumbing. They took my call this morning, came out, and fixed the issue all within the same day. I am very satisfied. Shout out to Jim and his apprentice!

Very experienced ! Found and fixed my frozen pipes very fast. Definitely saving them on my list of great service !

I guess it depends on who you are how well of a job they do. I have frozen pipes the guy walked around for 10 minutes saying it was nothing he could do. Another guy blew the heat gun on the pipes for a hour. The other guy said well I'm here for a hour because I have to charge you for the hour. They left me with frozen pipes. they did not use any tools to determine what area was the coldest to blow the heat gun, they just blew the heat gun in one area and left. very disappointed waste of money.

Jim N. did a great job. Had a serious leak and he came at the earliest time he could, only a couple of hours wait time. Very professional. Knew what was needed to fix the shower problem. Explained it clearly. Would highly recommend this company.
