I had Fino come to my house for a standby generator proposal and they never sent me one.

Ive used Fino multiple times and they always provide quality work at a reasonable price.

Fino Electric did a great and professional job replacing my outdated electric panel. Installing outdoor floodlights with security camera as well as a new electric outlet.

Fino Electric responded to my negative review with a sincere apology as there was confusion due to holidays and a hectic schedule. I am now hiring them to do our electic work. I'm glad they are busy during this difficult time and especially happy that everything has been sorted out.

Had to have someone come in and redo wiring that was done by a previous contractor. Called it in, set the appointment and they showed up on time and did the job correctly.

Their cost was very reasonable for what was done and their main concern was safety of the work.

I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were amazing. I had them install a charger for my new electric car and they couldn’t have given better service. They were always on time, very friendly workers, the gentleman who gave me the quote was creative and upfront about everything. And to top it all off the price was extremely fair for a job that was a little complicated. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

(2021) I wish I could give Fino Electric a Great review, they were recommended by a neighbor whom we trust and at the start everything seemed like it would be great. When we called Fino, we were under the impression that they were a Generac contractor. Turns out, although there were photos of Generac units in their literature, they were not (or no longer) authorized Generac Dealers. Jeff Fino was clear about that when we began the job.

We supplied the Generac generator and transfer switch (unit #1) both of which we purchased elsewhere, we actually purchased two identical units at the same time, the second for another family member's home (unit #2).

At the start of our generator install everything went really well. There were the usual stumbling points that you might expect with any contractor, but they were responsive to begin with.

Once unit #1 was installed Fino couldn't get it to work. They said they could not service Generac units, so they called in a Generac service team. There was reported damage to the motor mounts, but it was not repaired as a part of this process. The problem was blamed on the generator being damaged before we took delivery. Jeff told us that he would pay this third party; he never did. Despite forwarding invoices to Fino and letting the other company know to reach out to Fino for payment, we are still receiving invoices from the other company years later.

I removed unit #1 from our home and brought unit #2 from the other home where it had been installed and was up and running. Once both units were reinstalled at the opposite homes and running (Fino doing ours and another company doing the other home) Fino left our site with the impression the job was complete. I made several attempts to reach the office, and Jeff personally on his cell phone, to wrap up a couple loose ends. Radio silence.

In fact, until their response to my review just now I had heard nothing from them at all. They never returned calls or emails and it took them 2 years to respond to my initial Google review.

The fact that it took them this long to respond to an online review should give you some idea of the communication problems we encountered immediately following the work. The review was written many, many months (if not years; I don't recall) after they stopped responding to our calls.

I have used a TON of contractors and electricians in the past, and these guys are by far the most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. These guys were punctual and arrived right on time. They completed the job quickly and at an unbelievably reasonable price. They explained exactly what they were doing and how they were going to do it, and the job came out fantastic. I cannot say enough about Fino electric, and I will be using them from now on for all of my electrical needs.

Jeff installed a lifesaving AED tower for the White Meadow Lake community and donated his time. That was a LOT of time. Town approvals and inspections- the whole 9 yrds. You will know the tree by it’s fruit…. This one is solid.

We first worked with them to set up our panel to support a new generator. Most recently, we used them to install new ceiling lighting across multiple rooms. Both times, Fino Electric completed the work in a timely manner, at a reasonable price and with friendly customer service. Even more so, they are incredibly responsive to every call/email. When it comes time to schedule the project, they put you on the calendar as soon as possible. No waiting months and months to get things done!

I highly recommend Fino electric. Their customer service and follow up is outstanding. The electricians work well together and speak highly of the company they represent. They were respectful of me and my home. They understood the job and explained everything to us offering choices for switches and design. The clean up was impeccable. They were a pleasure to work with.

Great company and great people!! We were having a sump pump installed in our garage and a couple hours into the job, we lost all power to the garage. Within a couple of hours the Fino guys showed up to fix the issue!!

I was going to use them for a hot tub installation. They came gave an estimate and picked a date to install everything. Everything in the beginning was good, until the township said I had to move the hot tub to a further area. I called Fino to let them know so they can reassess and give me a new estimate. They said Jeff would come and do an estimate again. The people that came were the installers. I told them Jeff was supposed to come to give me a new estimate. The installers couldn’t do anything and left telling me to call Fino.

I called Fino again to set up another appointment for the estimate. Jeff came back and assessed the hot tub again. After his second visit, all I got was radio silence. I called multiple times and sent emails for the estimate. Every time I called they said Jeff would get back to me soon. It took them 3 weeks to finally send me and estimate. By that time I switched contractors who sent me an estimate in 4 hours and came and installed everything in a week. Fino electric was very unreliable for me. Please improve on your communication .

Needed a transformer replaced for my doorbell to install my new ring doorbell. They came out almost immediately to give me an estimate and not long after, they were here to get the job done. The guys were professional, friendly and efficient and the job was affordable for someone on a tight budget like myself. Would recommend this company to anyone needing an electrician for any kind of work.
