From the moment I spoke to Accurate Plumbing on the phone I knew I had made the right call. The lady on the phone was so nice and able to get someone out to my house right away to take care of the blockage preventing my kitchen sink from draining properly. Our plumber Sean could not have been any more awesome! He was professional, knowledgeable and took care to fully explain what went into my particular job - just an all around nice guy! He was very neat about his work. I made quite a mess trying to resolve the issue myself and when he left the area was neater than when he arrived. It is nice to encounter someone who takes pride in what they do.

Accurate Plumbing is always very reliable. From Hope in office to the techs like Kevin, the experience is always a positive one. My plumbing issues are always repaired promptly & neatly.

I had Kevin for the service call, nice guy, takes the time to explain the issue and answered any questions I had.

Kevin is always courteous and on time. He explains everything that he is going to do on the job. Very respectful of my house.

Although very pleasant staff to deal with, but looks like I wasted my money on their visit fee as there was no assurance or warranty being offered if the service they recommended will eliminate the problem but they will charge me full amount beyond visiting fee even if it does not get fixed. From the conversation it seems very clear that they will spend 10 minutes running the snake through Sink, if it clears fine if not its on me $349. Won't recommend this kind of service providers.

Zach got here on time, fixed the issue quickly, and was just the nicest and most professional repairman. If only we had more Zach’s on this planet! He is one in a million!

Woke up to a leak under the kitchen sink. Called Accurate Plumbing and spoke with the most pleasant person who took all info needed and scheduled me for service. I was told someone would be out in the next hour. Kevin came out diagnosed the problem, gave me a price and solved the issue professionally and was a pleasure to have in my home.

Again, Accurate Plumbing knocked it out of the park in replacing our elderly tankless hot water heater. Steve, Kevin and Austin delivered a fine Rinnai product, expertly installed and with service restored in appropriate time. We've had a relationship with Accurate Plumbing since 2008 and have always been assured that our service needs would be met. Thanks, Accurate!

After many years loyal to my former plumbing service they recommended Accurate Plumbing. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received starting with Hope in the office and the service provided by the 2 technicians who have installed a power flushing system in our bathroom. After a month it needed an adjustment and then 6 months later. They provided the service promptly with no additional charge. I recommend them for your next plumbing job.

I just want to say how professional and respectful Zach and Steve were. They took care of my bathroom did everything they were supposed to and even did a little paint touchup for me which was really really nice being an older woman it really help me very much. Kevin was Knowledgeable, Professional and Spot On. He was able to locate the leak coming from the upstairs condo unit above us that leaked through to our condo ceiling 2 years in a row and fix it! Our water heater just died down after 17 years. We called Accurate Plumbing and Drain, and they came within 2 hours. The service was quick, and Steve was very kind and skillful. He did a great job! A lifetime labor warranty when you purchase a water heater from them is amazing! Highly recommended.

We called Accurate Plumbing based on their reviews. How valid they were. Hope in the office is a pleasure to deal with. Andrew and Zack arrived on time inspected the repairs and wrote an estimate on site. They arrived on Wednesday around 10 as we were told and by 2 a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and piping was installed. They were knowledgeable, professional, clean and very customer satisfaction oriented. Accurate is the best and we would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

Had an emergency leak from my kitchen sink . Accurate was quick to respond. Kevin was here on time, broke everything down for me, and completed the job quickly and efficiently.
