HVAC reviews in Dumont, New Jersey

Mike took care of my air conditioning woes last year during a heat wave in a timely fashion. Extremely professional and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. Unfortunately system had another issue this year. Mike and his assistant went over to the house the same day to check the issue and then fixed it the following day. Awesome guy, great customer service! Thank you!

I got ripped off big time 😭, $450 for replacing a capacitor that was $35 and $750 to wash condenser 😭 they pretend to be local but it’s a ripoff .total bill $1,300 for both . Don’t use Sponsered link plz only use local people !!!!! Ty .

We had a fantastic experience with Ryan from Airworks. He replaced two full air conditioning systems for us, removing all of the old equipment and installing completely new systems from start to finish. It was a big job, and Ryan handled it with incredible care and professionalism.

He was meticulous in every aspect of the installation and clearly takes pride in his work. Everything was done with precision and attention to detail. He kept the workspace neat and organized throughout the entire process and left our home spotless when the job was completed.

On top of his excellent workmanship, Ryan was friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s not often you find someone this thorough and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend Ryan and Airworks to anyone in the Bergen County area needing air conditioning installation or replacement!

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to the team at Airworks, particularly for the outstanding integrity and compassion demonstrated by one of their technicians today.

Due to attending a lengthy church service, I was away from my home for several hours. During this time, my front door was inadvertently left unlatched, and my dog managed to get out. An Airworks technician noticed her alone in front of the house and immediately intervened. Understanding that I could not return home right away, he took the initiative to safely secure her in our fenced backyard, ensuring she was completely out of harm's way until we could get back.

Remarkably, hours later after he had completed his shift he returned to our home on his own time simply to verify that our dog was safe and secure.

The character of a company's employees speaks volumes about the quality of the business itself. If this is the level of care, honesty, and proactive problem-solving Airworks provides to a stranger, I have absolute confidence in the caliber of their technical work. I highly recommend them for both their professional integrity and exceptional character. 5 stars!

troy did a full air duct cleaning for us in dumont and we are very happy with the service. first, he explained the whole process so we would know what was going on. then he connected a large vacuum system to our main duct in the basement. while the vacuum was running, he used a special rubber-tipped tool to loosen dust and debris from each duct, sending it all down to the vacuum. it was a fast and efficient way to get our ducts cleaned. from beginning to end, the job only took a couple of hours. troy also made sure to clean up everything before leaving. i definitely recommend getting your air ducts cleaned this way!

The air duct cleaning service we received today was truly outstanding. With over 25 years in property management, I've never experienced such thorough service. They don’t just blow out the ducts; they vacuum them, replace and clean the dryer hose, and ensure the dryer is spotless. There was no mess left behind. When they say 'white glove,' they really mean it. They even lift the dryer to protect it, as well as the floors and walls. After the cleaning, they use a high-definition camera inside the vent to confirm that everything is completely clean. Without a doubt, this is the best complete air duct cleaning service available. We will no longer choose companies that only blow out ducts; we’re committed to providing exceptional service for our residents.

Troy did an excellent job with the air duct cleaning. He was on time, fast, and very detailed. He shared before and after pictures of the ducts, showing a significant improvement. The pricing was quite reasonable, and we definitely plan to call them again for our next service.
