Reviews of local pros in Dumont, New Jersey

Love the guys at EM&J. Very nice, great vision, efficient workers. Reasonable cost. They are honest and hard working. Mario is terrific to work with.

Mario and his team are highly skilled and extremely friendly. He is an expert in masonry and overall landscape architecture. I would recommend them to anyone.

High quality landscaping above & beyond what I've used in the past. They have a genuine interest in your property and there is a great back and forth rapport about what is best of the property. Have a lot of respect in the way they do business

If you are looking for a landscaper with honesty, skill, as well as talent, go no further than Mario with E M & J Landscaping. I give Mario 5 stars!! Incredible work and integrity.

The team was amazing and quick. My back yard was overgrown due to lack of maintenance. They came and was done in the same day. If ever need anything other work done. I know who to call. Thank you EM&J

Mario and his team have been a dream to work with! I can't tell you how refreshing it has been to see them show up every day on time and work to comete this project . I would recommend them whole heartedly to anyone considering them for a hardscaping and sod installation project!

The team at EM&J Landscaping are great. Nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. They were very responsive, friendly, and experienced at a reasonable price. Highly recommend as they will work with you according to your needs.

Really awesome team!! The difference between them and others that day I called 10 days ago, was that they had a live receptionist, Jenny who was polite, knowledgeable, very effective in getting one of the Team Leaders- Victor to stop by the next day and give an estimate for the job. Their price was quite reasonable and they work with you; I am impressed with their professionalism and online reviews, their price was right ....... so I gave them the job. I have no regrets- the job was excellently done (masonry with stones on a retainer wall, placement of a metal post for yard gate, trimming and cutting of small plants and hedges). Will use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Called EM & J Landscaping LLC for help with leveling backyard that was in need of some grooming. They responded within 24 hours and were able to have the work done within one week of the request. They were on time, early in fact and they did the work by hand and with extreme care. We are beyond happy with the work they did. We highly recommend!

Victor from EM&J Landscaping did an amazing job at a fair and affordable price point. We had these unmaintained bushes on our driveway and they did a wonderful job of removing and filling in the area with pavers. They cleaned up the area nicely. Would definitely hire them again for other landscaping needs.

Such a great experience with EM&J Landscaping. Mario and his team are amazing, professional, and courteous. The work they accomplished was impeccable and I would highly recommend EM&J for your landscaping and hardscaping services. Thank you EM&J!

Great service and communications. Took on a job without making me wait for weeks and worked with me to match my pavers while giving suggestions.

I highly recommend EM&J for any landscaping services and masonry work. Mario and his guys did a fantastic job at my house. They were extremely reliable and
incredibly hard working.

Mario is not only skilled and talented in his work but also a great person. I highly recommend EM&J to anyone you.

We recently hired Victor from EM&J Landscaping to completely revamp out backyard, and wow, they did an outstanding job! They transformed my outdoor space into a true paradise, adding retaining walls, stairs, pathways, new grass, and a beautiful fence.

Great attention to detail. From the sturdy retaining walls and perfectly integrated stairs to the well-designed pathways, every aspect meticulously executed. The new grass turned my yard into a lush green carpet, and the fence not only offers privacy but also adds a stylish touch to the whole setup.

Throughout the project, the team maintained great communication and professionalism. They left the work area tidy at the end of each day, which was a bonus. Overall, I'm beyond happy with the incredible transformation. If you're looking for a top-notch landscaper/masonry contractor, I highly recommend Victor + team!

Mario and his team did an amazing job on my yard. Very professional, clean and organized. Completed work all within one week (leveled out my rear yard and planted 75 evergreens trees). I can not express how thrilled both my wife and I were with the work they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had an amazing experience with EM&J Landscaping. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were flexible in helping me choose the right plants for my space. The team showed up and handled everything in ONE day — they cleaned up the front and side of my home, overseeded the grass, and installed all the new plants beautifully. Efficient, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
