Reviews of local pros in Dunellen, New Jersey

I needed a plumber today and called USA. My laundry room sinks were completely full of dirty water. The technicians came in 15 minutes, quoted me a price, gave me discounts, and they commenced the job. Wilmer and Jose were very professional and tremendously helpful. The job was completed in a superior manner. When you need plumbing/drain work, remember the name, USA Jetting and call. You won’t be disappointed.

Extremely pleased with USA Jetting Drain Cleaning Service. Called them in the morning for a quote and an appointment. They were very punctual and kept me informed every step of the way. Alfredo and his team came and assessed the problem and gave a very reasonable quote and immediately got to work on the main line. They showed me what they were doing and why they were doing it. They not only hydro-cleaned the main line but also lines feeding into the main line. Excellent job, great price, my new goto plumbing professionals.

Alfredo and Wilmer were great and very helpful I recommend them, very professional and friendly.

Just had an absolutely stellar experience with USA Jetting! I called them out for a nasty issue with my main sewer line, and I couldn't have hoped for a better response. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that these guys really know their stuff. They expertly diagnosed the problem and immediately got to work, tackling the issue head-on with impressive efficiency.

The team was not only professional but also respectful of my space – they cleaned up everything after themselves, which is a huge plus in my book. It’s rare to find service people who leave your home just as pristine as they found it!

What really stood out to me was the quality of their work; they got everything up and running smoothly again, and I couldn’t help but feel relieved. The whole experience was so seamless that I’ll definitely be recommending USA Jetting to friends and family. If you’re facing any plumbing challenges, don’t hesitate to give them a call; you’ll be delighted you did! Thank you, USA Jetting, for turning a stressful situation into a happy resolution!

The clearing of clog in main home drain was done in a timely manner. The technician, Starling was courteous and professional. He provided videos of the clog before and after the procedure. I highly recommend the use of USA Jetting Drain Cleaning for resolving your drain issues

Very professional company, super friendly and efficient. Would 100 percent recommend to other people 💯💯💯

The work that they did was excellent. They were available quickly, and estimated the job. They explained in detail what was going to be done and were actually done in a very reasonable amount of time. When finished they did a good job of cleaning up. I would recommend them to anyone to use their service.

Starling from USA Jetting DCC is exceptionally nice and did an excellent service. No plumber has done a thorough and clean job for the house like he did! It was absolutely a pleasant experience.

Received outstanding customer service from Jose Barahona and Starling Infante. They performed a sewer scope and hydrojetting and made several reccomendations. They were very warm people and knowledgeable. Im extremely satisfied.

Jose and Erick showed up on time and found the problem right away. They double checked to make sure everything was good after completing the Jose. Jose is a hard worker. Jose helped with the same problem last year and did a great job then as well. Erick was very professional and helpful. Overall great experience and will use them again in the future.

Called and got an immediate appt. Erick was great and did a check to try and determine why storms drains were not working well. Very professional and knowledgeable. This appt was just for an assessment but I will definitely use them to clean the drains.

Erick was wonderful . Solved the problem right away. Was respectful for my home and was so polite. Very knowledgeable and I am elderly so he made sure I understood and comfortable to use the water. He is definitely an asset to the company. The other gentleman I don’t know his name but I am sure the same goes for him.

Excellent job by Wilmer, understanding, efficient and very detailed to what needed to be done to fix our sewer back up. If ever again, we would hope that Wilmer would be the one helping us again. He made our lives return to normal in no time. Thank you Wilmer

This is the second time in 2 months my family USA Jetting's services. They actually gave me a 15% discount for being a repeat customer. I had used a company to clean the main sewer line in 2021 when I moved into my house but I didn't realize how much junk accumulates in those pipes in just a few years. I was a bit scared when I saw that at some points the pipe was close to 70% occluded. After jetting the pipes with pressured water it cleaned up pretty good but there is some residual junk (~30%) that didn't come off, probably from all the years it took to build up. They offered me their descaling service(deep cleaning) which I think I will do and then make sure I do the routine cleaning (~every year based on my house size) to prevent future disasters.

Alfredo and Wilmer were very knowledgeable and professional. I stayed the whole time to watch the process and how the pipe looked before and after and they walked me through the entire process and answered all the questions. I highly recommend doing this routinely and this company does a pretty good job.

Excellent service. Gerson and Jose were very professional and explained the entire process thoroughly. Top of the line equipment, fair prices and experience were the highlights of their visit. In addition they honored 10% military discount! I recommend this company 100%. Thank you Gerson and Jose.

Thank you, USA Jetting Drain cleaning for your support in the many programs and events to help those most in need in Honduras, The youth, the children and seniors. Your company even though small does a great job in providing excellent and timely service. I hope your clientele continues to grow and that your generosity rewarded. Your certainly are one of those unsung #Honduran heroes

After my town warned to close toilet lids and keep an eye on basement laundry tubs when they were cleaning the sewers, we started experiencing slow drainage on my kitchen/laundry stack. The laundry sink would take 6-8 hours to
drain and the smell was horrendous. USA jetting remedied the situation in 30 minutes and even gave a 10% discount for being late for the appointment. They worked fast and clean and were super professional. I highly recommend.

Bathroom sink clog was fixed fast and professionally done. We’ve used USA Jetting plenty of times in the past to unclog our drains. Never any issues after. So thankful they were able to do it quick!

Excellent work! Their services were able to solve a very complicated plumbing problem we had. We called them in the morning and they came within hours that same day. Pricing is reasonable and they clearly explained everything upfront. They will be our goto for any complicated sewer/ plumbing problem. Highly recommend!

Alfredo was very informative and explained each step of the process. He was very thorough in his initial search for the issue, he tested out a few things and then found out what the problem was. He then brought in the drain snake camera and showed me that there were roots in the pipe . He did an excellent job cleaning them out, and it cleared it out entirely. Excellent technician from Excellent USA Jetting.... I will definitely request their services again if need be. But highly recommended their variety of services professional workers.
