My boyfriend and I were in the process of selling our condo (his home for 13 years) and wanted to hire someone for a thorough move out cleaning. Our condo was a little over 1,000 sq ft, with 2 beds and 2 baths. We also own four cats, and both bedrooms were carpeted. When I requested an estimate on the website, Heladio was quick to get back to me. The price was very fair and he was able to accommodate our hectic schedule. When he arrived we were still in the long and stressful process of moving everything out. Heladio was again very accommodating and started at the back of the house while my boyfriend finished taking things out in the front. We also hadn't gotten the chance to empty the fridge, but Heladio was nice enough to empty the fridge to clean it and put everything back. He also went above and beyond by vacuuming the storage closet outside. When I asked my boyfriend how things were going he said, "Heladio is the nicest man on earth". By the time Heladio and his crew had finished cleaning, the condo looked immaculate. We couldn't have asked for a more friendlier, punctual, and professional cleaner. After a long stressful weekend of moving, Heladio's positive demeanor and attentiveness to our needs helped end our moving experience on a high note.

Jonathan and Hiladio were phenomenal. Hiladio came in and did a great job with the townhouse! Cleaned it from top to bottom and all in a matter of 2 hours! This was a last minute move out job and they helped me in a timely fashion. I will definitely be using this company again in the future!!

I’ve known Heradio for over 5 years. I own properties in a college town. He cleans my houses and rugs every year. I have used his company for those five years with no complaints from new tenants. These properties are generally in need of substantial cleaning. He is very responsible and reasonably priced. I contract him every year. Give him a call.

I would HIGHLY recommend these services. I requested a same day clean, had to reschedule, and he stayed in contact with me every step of the way. Other cleaning services had automated systems, didn't have availability, or never called back. He went above and beyond with communication, setting expectations, and ultimately the service. I called up Heladio at Express Cleaning after finding him on Google. I wanted to get the house cleaned as a gift to my wife for Mother’s Day and it did not disappoint! Heladio walked me through how the process worked since I’ve never had my house cleaned before and the. He sent two of his workers over and they were on time and cleaned everything and the house was looking and smelling great! My wife is very happy and I can’t wait to get my house cleaned again! We also have a dog and they got all the fur off of the couch. Highly recommend!!

I arranged a thorough cleaning of an 1,150 SF apartment when I was moving out on a corporate relocation. I was introduced to Express Cleaning when their office cleaning services were initiated for weekly mobile office cleaning by my employer. I was always pleased to return to my office on a Monday morning and find everything from floors to desktop thoroughly cleaned. My decision to solicit their services for my personal need was based on the quality and reliability experienced at work. I met with the Express Cleaning owner at my apartment in advance to clearly explain my requirements. The cleaning was done immediately after I had moved out, and at my request, photos were taken of the finished and thoroughly cleaned apartment including steam cleaning of the carpet, baseboards, appliances to name just a few. Express Cleaning's fair price for the services performed provide great assurance that I am getting my full security deposit refunded. I would 1,000% recommend this business. Today they cleaned my 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house and did an INCREDIBLE job! Not only did they exceed my expectations with the specific cleaning job, but they did it so quickly (abouy two hours for a 2,600 square foot home). Additionally, they were able to squeeze me in and schedule my appointment within three days of my desperate call. There aren't words to express how happy I am; I will definitely use them again and recommend you do too.
