Very disappointing experience.

I contacted this landscaping company and spoke with someone named Ben to schedule an appointment for 4:00 PM. I left work early to make sure I was home on time, but unfortunately no one showed up or contacted me to explain the delay or reschedule.

I waited over three hours, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others. I hope they improve their communication and reliability in the future.
