CROOKS - we had an issue with our AC - the technician told it would cost $2800 to repair. Right in front of the technician my husband looked up the cost of the part which was only $300. The conversation became heated, but they ended up negotiating it down to $1500. The technician did not resolve our issue, left without discussing what he did, and our AC is still not working. I contacted Gold Medal to complain..who created an escalation # and was told they would reach out in 12 hours to address our concerns. CRICKETS...they never followed up. We called again and asked them to send someone to fix the original problem (without additional cost)...they sent the same technician that we filed a complaint on who then without even looking at the AC...told us it would cost another $2600 to fix. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hope they go out of business. There are so many good companies out there....do your research.

Awful billing system that they have as they sent me an$63.94 past due erroneous bill with solicited automated robocalls and emails when I have never been past due ever with them. They even sent threats to collections on top of it ! I always paid my bills upfront for services and even paid over $250 last fall ******************************************************** promising better services. Left voicemails and calls and emails no answer from billing mgr to apologize and spoken to over half dozen customer agents that promised they would take care of the erroneous bill. Some Service techs which were unqualified were even sent in past that caused refrigerant leaks and system issues on top of that! I no longer will do business with this firm ever again!! So many complaints and reviews if anyone would go and filter from lowest rating on ****** for this firm but they impose high reviews filled by their own firm and automated bots to seem they are legit and loyal. They rip you off and never fulfill their end of the bargain from services down to erroneous bills they send your way when you even paid upfront for eveything in past!!! So stressed and sick of this firm and any firm that operates with disloyalty to hard working and paying customers like myself !

These guys are great.They cut down 2 large trees in my back yard and did a fantastic job.They also sell firewood,and do snow plowing,I will be calling them to plow my driveway if we get snow this winter.....

Rich and the crew did one hell of a job. Showed up as promised and completed the job much better than my expectations. My yard was cleaner after they were done than before.Took trees down with no issues. Highly recommend them for service.

I had a very large tree limb fall onto my roof at 4am on a Saturday. Rich, the owner, came to my house immediately to assess the fallen tree limb and give an estimate. His estimate was the cheapest of the 4 estimates I ended up getting. However, the situation required a crane to remove the limb from the roof, and unfortunately the needed equipment was tied up at a job site all week so the company could not do the work until then. Since the tree branch was in danger of falling off of the house and causing more damage, I needed to get it removed ASAP and therefore had the service done with another company.

Though no work was done by this company, I was extremely impressed. Rich was knowledgeable, friendly (my dog loved him!), and professional. As any homeowner knows, the hardest part of getting work done on your house is getting contractors to actually call you back and then follow through. Rich kept in contact with me and followed up daily until I was able to get the tree limb removed 4 days later. I will definitely reach out to this tree service for any necessary work in the future.

They are amazing group of people. I hired them to take down my tree and in the process, the side walk was damaged. They fixed the damaged side walk after I reported the damage. They are an honest and hard working crew and have integrity and care for the people in their neighborhood. They did it when they said they would and kept their word without giving me the run around. They are amazing, thoroughly enjoyed dealing with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire them for their services.

Herb was very pleasant to work with.. arrived on time, service was top notch, took away all the branches ,trimmings and cleaned up real nice in the lawn and by the street.
