Harold & Jeff were professional, courteous, helpful, and so careful with my possessions. They would be the reason why I would use Tri-State again.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. When restoring my clothes they took time out to completely clean & refresh the bag I brought them in as well. Everyone I interacted with was a complete gentlemen who took great care of my problems. Kind enough to offer delivery as well as pick up. Definitely a great recommendation!

ADR - Specifically Harold, Antwon & Broyan ( spelling?) did an awesome job packing up our mom's condo on 9/16
They clearly communicated all the details of the job & called me once they completed the packing.
They were all very polite & even took time to engage with our dogs..lol

Had a great experience with Harold, Q, Antwan and Juan. The crew was very patient and helpful. They were quick and efficient. I would highly recommend their services.

We worked with Tristate Contents & Cleaning after our basement flooded and we needed to store our personal belongings during restoration. I primarily worked with Scott, the GM, who was extremely easy to work with throughout the entire job. He was communicative, flexible and very helpful with the estimate process and making arrangements to get our belongings in and out of our house. Harold and the rest of the team that actually packed out and delivered back our belongings took extreme care of everything despite how fragile it was. They were very easy and flexible to work with as well. I would absolutely work with this company again should we need this service in the future.

Always on time, very gentle with contents, pack out service was quick. They offered to reference pics and put everything exactly back how it was, I opted to keep in boxes so I could sort stuff. The three person team that services my job was Q, DJ and Juan, all three of them worked very hard, and asked questions on where I wanted things. Great guys and great service! Thank you very much !
