Todd, Rich and team did an outstanding job finishing our basement. They were responsive from the start, immediately understood our vision, gave helpful recommendations, and started work quickly, even while their business is overloaded during COVID-19. They actually completed the multi-week project ahead of schedule. And there was zero sacrifice on quality: The craftsmanship is top-notch. This was our first experience completing a project of this scope and we couldn’t be happier!

RD & Son Contractors did a beautiful job on my upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. We had two leaks in both our shower floor and in the pipes in our upstairs bathroom, which leaked into our downstairs bathroom. What a mess! I called RD & Son, and they immediately put my mind at ease. Having three children, I was in panic mode because I thought that I was not going to be able to utilize either of my bathrooms for an extended period of time. However, RD & Son were able to make the repairs and renovations in a very timely manner, allowing us the ability to utilize the downstairs bathroom in the evenings throughout their repairs. Our new bathroom upstairs is beautiful and our downstairs bathroom is repaired and is as good as new! Honestly, our upstairs bathroom is now my favorite room in the house. RD & Son Contractors are reliable, trustworthy, honest and do very beautiful work. I would recommend them to anyone!

We have used RD & Son for several projects in the last few years including full renovations of a family room, kitchen, laundry room and full bathroom. Todd and his crew are fantastic. Todd is honest, reliable, clean, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. His work is impeccable and we have been thrilled with every single job we have hired him to do. Todd's incredible carpentry skills ensures that everything he builds is as functional as it is beautiful. We wouldn't hire any other contractor and we very highly recommend RD & Son.

Todd has done several home projects for us. We first met him years ago and he made us a beautiful back patio in our first home. Fast forward to our new home.. last summer we had about a 6 week turnaround to do various things before we moved in. Painting, molding, floors, new stonework on our primary bedroom fireplace to name a few things. He and his team worked very fast and efficiently to ensure we didn’t need to move in while under construction. Not only fast and efficient but friendly, funny and wonderful to deal with. This past summer we decided to do a major yard renovation, including an outdoor kitchen, all new pavers, landscaping and total pool renovation. The job far exceeded our expectations! We are so happy!!! Todd has become a friend at this point. I can trust that he will always point me in the right direction. He is honest and extremely dedicated to making his clients happy. RD & Son is the BEST!!!!!

I was very pleased with a bathroom remodeling job they did. Nothing is cheap these days, and the job took about three weeks, but it was literally hassle free and well managed starting with demolition of the old bathroom. Definitely recommend them as the work is good quality and they are highly trustworthy.

I having nothing but praise for Richard and Todd. I had my basement remodeled and they did a fabulous job. Nothing was too difficult for them to tackle. I gave them my wish list - new steps with cable bannister, a pantry, cabinets, craftsman style windows, a paneled ceiling - and the work was done beautifully and without a hiccup. The Father and Son team listened to my wants, were easy to work with, and very professional. I would not hesitate to use RD & Son and highly recommend them.

Gene and the boys are amazing contractors and are our go to when there is work that needs to be done on our home. They remodeled our basement, and did a custom builtin to house our 180 gal fish tank. They removed a wall to make the basement more open space. Not only that but they did it cleanly, efficiently and in an amazing turn around time. They also more recently helped to fix our crown molding around our fridge in order for us to buy a bigger one and it looks exactly like the rest of our kitchen. We couldn't be happier with Your Way contractors and we will forever be repeat customers. Thank you Your Way! Also anyone who is looking to do work, I highly recommend the team.

I cannot say enough great things about Your Way. I called Gene one day after frantically searching for a contractor to renovate our kitchen. The contractor we had originally hired had flaked and being 6 months pregnant, I had no time to waste. Gene showed up that evening and we walked through the scope of the project. He showed me pictures of similar local work he and his team had done.
He said he’d have a quote to me the next day. In my experience with contractors, that NEVER happens. I woke up the next morning with a quote in my email. To make a long story short, Gene set the tone for how he runs his business. He told me the project would take 7 weeks. His team finished 7 weeks to the day, the day I happen to deliver my baby early.
During the project I would wake up each day with a text or an email from Gene letting me know what time his crew would arrive. His crew was never on time, they were always EARLY! With other contractors my husband and I always had to guess where they were and if they were gonna finish the job. Ryan and Richard showed up each day, were polite, skilled and tidy. Each day when they finished, the swept, vacuumed and cleaned up all garbage. Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful and my husband I couldn’t be happier. Gene is a true professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him for any other project or recommend him to anyone needing work done.

Gene and his son Ryan remodeled our Master bath. I interviewed many contractors before deciding on Gene and was not disappointed. Gene is the owner and made himself present on the job frequently even though we were not that close to his location. He prides himself on being very responsive to inquiries whenever you have them. He cares about his work and the satisfaction of his customers. This was evident with the way he worked with us during the design and execution. He presented various layouts with suggestions along the way until we were able to finalize our decision.

Every job of this type usually runs into a surprise or two. Gene made sure any issues were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. Another example of how Gene operates is when our new toilet was not flushing properly after first use, he tried to resolve the problem even though it was clearly the toilet and not the way it was installed. Nevertheless, he told me to let him know when the company provided a new toilet so that he can deinstall the old and install the new for us. He did not need to do that.

His son Ryan (and Richard I believe) did most of the work. They were both very professional, polite, hard-working, and very clean. There was little to no dust in our bedroom since they made sure to seal the bathroom and utilized a HEPA Filter. They vacuumed every day after their work, never leaving a trace of dirt.

He uses top notch contractors for his plumbing, tiling and electric who he has worked with for many years and has a good relationship with. We are very happy with our bathroom and would definitely recommend Your Way Contractors, and will look to use them for future projects.
