My dryer hasn’t been functioning well the past few days and I couldn’t identify what the problem is so I called in some people to help me with my problem. The technicians from Eric’s Dryer Vent Care came to my house after setting up an appointment with them.

They were very courteous and professional when they arrived. They also started their work by giving me an explanation about what to expect from their service and that they’d solve the problem that I’ve been experiencing with my dryer and vents.

The techs were able to check and finish the job and the dryer and the vents are now working properly again. I gotta thank the team for their quick and efficient response to my problem. Hope you guys would also check this company out if you have any problems regarding your dryer vents.

Eric’s team did a wonderful job cleaning the dryer vents in the house. The lint inside that was clogging up and making the dryer overheat is all gone now. They also gave me some tips on taking care of my vents so that the lint build-up wouldn’t happen so fast. Thanks guys for the great service.

Always busy service was great

My whole family would start sneezing every single morning as soon as the heater kicked on. We assumed it was just something like allergies but it happened all year long. When I searched air duct cleaning for allergies, Safety Vent came up. They found so much built up of dust and debris inside the ducts. The tech showed me everything before he cleaned it. After the service, my family stopped sneezing in the mornings. We noticed the difference right away.

During the house refinance process, a guy came in to inspect the house and said that there was mold near the vents. I wasn’t expecting that at all. So I called Safety Vent and asked about air duct mold removal. They came out, confirmed that there really was mold in the ducts, and then they removed everything and sterilized it. I’m glad that the inspector caught it early so I could take care of it.

Safety Vent were honest about the price and explained everything clearly. It turns out the vents had years of buildup from the previous owners, which was why the airflow felt weak. After the cleaning the air started moving much better through the house. Definitely worth doing.

We put our real Christmas tree next to a large intake vent every year, so I’m sure thousands of dried needles have been sucked in over the years. Safety Vent Cleaners removed a massive wad of old pine needles in the air duct cleaning and the vent is no longer rattling.
