When my husband and I made the decision to put a small, spa-type pool in our yard, we wanted to hire a company that was going to start the project and work consistently through to the finish line. Well, I'm happy to say, we found the right company for the job! AquaDoctor did not disappoint from start to finish. That's not to say we didn't have any hiccups along the way, but when there was a bump in the road, it was handled head on with complete professionalism and accountability. Isaac and Andrejs came to our home together for the initial appointment. They were thorough and provided excellent information and resources for us to consider in our decision to do this project. Andrejs ended up being our project manager, and he was great to work with, easy to get in touch with, and always communicating with us. He was very specific with next steps and expectations. The guys who came to our home and physically worked on the project were outstanding! They were kind, conscientious, neat and respectful. The very best indicator to me of whether or not AquaDoctor truly deserves 5 stars is "Would I use this company again?" ABSOLUTELY!! Our experience with Isaac the “Aqua Doctor” Kesselman has been simply put, amazing. Isaac returned our almost 40-year pool into the incredible spa experience we always envisioned it to be. From the day we first consulted with Isaac, we knew he was the only one. Isaac epitomizes the consummate professional. His knowledge is second to none; the fact that he’s a really nice guy doesn’t hurt either. His communication is clear, effective, and brutally honest. Isaac didn’t sell us anything. He explained the process comprehensively. He answered questions in such detail that we stopped asking because he already considered all contingencies. His recommendations were measured and deliberate. Isaac brought up issues we had had never anticipated as evidenced by his superior experience as a master pool builder. We never questioned Isaac’s recommendations because he had the trust of a family member. We envisioned a finished product on par with a Honda Civic, and ended up with a Rolls Royce. Isaac’s wife Maria completes the positive experience as far as customer service and billing. She answers all questions as comprehensively as Isaac, and returns all correspondence promptly and professionally (she is also very nice!) We wish that all the contractors that we employed could have done half as well. In researching our pool and backyard renovation, we did our due diligence in researching potential contractors. With 7 other quotes, including astronomical disparity in pricing, the decision was easy.

You get what you pay for.

If you want your pool done right, Isaac is your guy. This may sound like a paid advertisement, but it’s not - the Aqua Doctor is that good. We cannot give a better recommendation. Since having our pool renovated we’ve been to a couple 5-star destinations. Each time my husband and I just yearn to be in our backyard - it’s that good. Thank you Isaac.

Our pool equipment had been problematic since we bought our house. Aqua Doctor replaced it all, from the pad to the pump and heater. They have been doing weekly summer maintenance, plus opening and closing, since and we have had no issues. They email after each service with before and after pics and work done and water numbers. Such an easy company to work with. Highly recommend.

I recently had Aqua Doctor redo my pool decking with pavers and reset my coping (12 years after having them resurface my pool with pebble sheen, and install new coping and tiles). The pool surface and tiles still look brand new after 12 years. And they just did another fantastic job with the new deck pavers and resetting the coping, The work product is impeccable. Isaac’s construction and pool maintenance teams are top notch. I am very Impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and focus on the customer. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to do new or existing pool/pool deck construction and/or pool maintenance.

Aqua doctor was professional and timely in their constructing our new pool. The site was always kept clean and orderly. They replaced an old vinyl pool with a new gunnite one. Their work was exemplary on the patio and other site improvements, such as landscaping and irrigation and complex drainage. I highly recommend them.
