Very courteous, punctual and my appliance is back working again.

I have worked with Lotus Appliance LLC in East Orange and I have not seen a better qualified nicer guy than the owner. He is extremely kind and you can tell he cares about his clients. He said he has been in the business for I believe 30 years now after graduating in this field and he quickly fixed my ice machine. It’s been 3 months now and still perfectly working. The cool thing about it is, his pricing was very affordable compared to what others told me. Thank you:)

Was looking forward to working with Lotus. Got a confirmed appointment for a oven inspection/repair and they were a complete no show, and provided no response after following up via phone and text message. Working with local contractors can be a pain because this lack of professionalism is way too common.
