Roof replacement on our Tampa home. Stanziale did the whole thing in about 4 days. The crew was efficient, cleaned up with for nails, which I appreciated. There was a short delay due to rain, but they texted updates. The price was fair. Found an old baseball on the roof the previous owners - random, but fun. Good experience.

After Hurricane Ian, we had some damage in Naples. Stanziale came out quickly, gave a fair estimate, and worked with our property, cleaned up daily. One small thing - they left a ladder overnight, but came beck for it first thing. Their work is solid. Would recommend.

Kitchen remodel in fort Myers new island, cabinets, quartz countertops. Stanziale did great job. The crews friendly, answered all my questions. They finished about a week later than promised, but they kept me updated.
The price was within $500 of the quote. My kid drew on the subfloor during demo they thought it was funny. Good experience.
