I debated really hard about posting this review because I really don't like being THAT GUY, but I feel others deserve a warning. I had my rug picked up to be cleaned because it smelled of cat piss and home remedies weren't cutting it. They told me it needed to be soaked in a tank, so it had to be sent away to a special facility. Great, no problem, I'm happy to wait for good results. When it was returned to me in a couple week's time... it still smelled strongly of cat piss AND now also strong perfume. When I unrolled it, it didn't even look vacuumed. There was still cat hair everywhere, more than if I had vacuumed it myself. The texture of my rug that had left soft and fluffy in spite of the pee was now CRUNCHY. I was pissed off, but I tried to take a deep breath and tell myself that sometimes enzymes take a minute to break down the urine smell; maybe it just smells strongly now and I need to give it time to dissipate. Well, it got cleaned in April, and it's November now, but only the perfume smell dissipated. And before you ask, no, the cat did not pee on it again; she has lost her rug privileges, and so is not being allowed in the room. I was eventually able to get the crunchy texture out of my rug with a silicone scrub brush and a hand vac. So, moral of the story, they will lie to your face and say they can handle cat piss, but they either can't or won't. If you book with them for urine, you're in for a dissappointment.
