After being told by professionals that my house couldn't be sold to my prospective home-buyer because the "main support beam" of the house was rotted through and through, I was in a bit of a panic. Not only would it be expensive but it would be a very sensitive job as well. After getting 3 bids (including one from Pro/David) and doing my homework, it was clear that ProConstruction Builders would be my choice. Whether by Providence or sheer luck it's the best decision I ever made. They did a FANTASTIC job that took the town Inspector less than 5 minutes to approve. While obviously this should say more about the talented specialist workers who did the work, it was the fact that David, Asa, Marti, and Brian always seemed to be 2-3 steps ahead of me on permits and drawings (dropped off to my house by Asa, BLESS her) and a couple of required (by the town) changes to the original order(s) that put me at ease about choosing the RIGHT people and the RIGHT place! To all of the team at Pro that fixed this that I didn't mention, you were amazing, I'm grateful to you guys too!

I referred Pro Construction to my Aunt in East Orange NJ. She wanted to get some storm windows installed and update her kitchen and bathroom. When I tell you she was ecstatic about the end results she hasn't stopped thanking me for sending Pro Construction her way. Very satisfied with the craftsmanship and efficiency. We are moving into our first home and contacted David about a quote on some repairs. They gave us a realistic repair quote. So we hired them! Best thing! They redid our basement stairs which where dangerous and they look beautiful, plus alot of little repairs around the house. Left my home clean and ready to move in! Having them do our Deck next which has us exited and definitely hiring for bathroom remodel when we save the funds. They are amazing and responsive! And we never felt like we where getting ripped off like other people we called made us feel. They are even going to give us a breakdown on how to check the boiler and tools we never had to deal with as ex apartment dwellers.

My roof was leaking from all of the thunderstorms this summer (nearly raining inside my home) and David and his team worked expeditiously with attention to detail to ensure an aesthetically pleasing job in the the end. Lastly, he and his team clean up behind themselves once the job is complete!!!!
