Their service was excellent. Called immediately after noticing a leakage in my hot water heater yesterday. The technicians came to the house this morning, and replaced it. I appreciate their professionalism and efficiency.

It was probably a result of a recent frost that caused the leak. Plumbing Pros provided us with an immediate quote and also gave us the worst-case and best-case scenarios to be prepared. They did the work the next day I was available. The work was clean and quick. They added extra touches, like extra insulation to make the process easier. My local prices are high, but I think it is worth the price for the efficiency and professionalism. I'd recommend.

I was able book an appointment with ease using their online system to fix a problem. They provided me with a timeline and I got a 10 minute call to let know when they were coming. Gabriel was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything very clearly. I then chose from a number of pricing options. The service was provided the next day. The team who helped us was amazing. They were able to quickly inspect, estimate and start work after a pipe broke. Christopher Marts demonstrated a high level of professionalism, he explained the repair requirements in a manner that I could easily understand. He tested our gas pipes thoroughly, was efficient, and was well-versed in old and new techniques and fixtures. Bret, his assistant, did a great job as well. Together, the two performed a major pipe repair superbly, efficiently, with care and attention to detail. They ensured that all system parts were easily accessible and well protected. My first experience with them wasnt great but the work was done on the unit above me not my property. There was poor communication that the company gave me. However I have used them twice now for work at my place and they have been fantastic. The owner is great. Always on time and perform job quickly. Just used them again and I appreciate that they were able to get me an appointment same day. I think they are little pricey but I guess that is the way it goes when not available to to do the work yourself. I had a leak in the kitchen turns out I needed a new garbage disposal. They charge $330 for a new one. Its $90 for service call, $90 disposal (badger 5 1/2hp price st home depot) and $150 for labor. Maybe just this time we are in makes everything pricer I don't know. I still recommend them especially if if its urgent and you need them now always seem to be able to wiggle you into their busy schedule.

This review has been due for some time now. I had Giovanni come to install a Pressure regulator valve and replace older faucet that was leaking in the bath room of my house. Gio was on time, courteous and did an excellent job (as usual).

He even gave us tips on bathroom remodel and few other items related to it. Gio is quite knowledgeable about the work he does I would recommend him for any work. He is priced very well as well which is extremely good for my pocket. Great service at very good price. Thanks Gio for the excellent work.

A pipe under the sink had burst, and water was leaking everywhere. Seattle plumber was able to come the same day. He fixed it quickly and also looked at another leak that I was not aware of. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it to stop flooding. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me anything. This made the whole process much easier. These plumbers are the best in Seattle. This saved me a lot of headaches.

Noah Vestal returned for our inspection as well as to replace and install a water heater. He was very knowledgable, and took the time to explain everything. Noah has done a fantastic job in inspecting and installing our new home. It's still a work-in-progress and we have many surprises to come. His work is excellent and we would recommend it to anyone.
