I called them over to my house to do an air duct + dryer vent cleaning. When they arrived, they were clean and organized. Both techs were very clear about what the needed to do and performed their work promptly and quietly.

They also went the extra mile and informed me about some tips about what I could do to extend the life of my system before leaving without any trace of them being here whatsoever.

I called Issac’s Duct Specialist to request quote and made an appointment for the air duct & vents cleaning based on great google reviews, especially that they clean after themselves and don’t leave much mess.

On the day of the appointment, the service was done and when making the payment via Zelle, I was asked to pay to Alpha Clean Air!!! WHAT? I was so confused and the tech told me that they are sister companies and they work together…

I would have NOT left this type of review if whoever came performed the job well as described in Issac’s duct specialist 5 star google reviews. I’m now suspicious about these reviews…

Long story short, I was not happy with the Alpha Cleaning Air service for mainly the 1) the ceiling damage around the vent for some paint chips and tear now requiring spackle and painting, 2) techs were not cleaning after themselves..

These specialists are by far the best when it comes to customer service and professionalism. I have had other teams and they’re okay but this team in particular - Issac’s Ducts Specialists, they have provided excellent service from the start including the scheduling process up until the ducts were fully cleaned. Expon Service was absolutely amazing!  The owner  personally came and did a walk through with me, she gave me the quote immediately  and after we scheduled the service for my apartment and  OMG they got EVERYWHERE!! They did a deep cleaning corner to corner. They did extra work without even asking.... I am so glad to hire the company, the staff is amazing..... I will be signing up for a  regular service. In short: The Best. Soledad and her highly trained and talented team were here for eight hours last weekend. We’d called initially for closet cleaning to help crush a bad moth infestation. What we got was cleaning service revelation. Soledad had done tons of research into the problem and, along with arriving armed, explained exactly what had to be done. And then as two team members emptied and baited and wiped down ten clothes-filled closets—plus endless drawers—two others fully cleaned our 1600 ft apt., without our asking! We couldn’t believe how good and how smart they all were, asking lots of key questions and moving crazily and thoroughly fast! We are now loyal Exponcleaners customers. Going next for the legendary deep clean followed by a bi-weekly visit. Soledad is just the best, too. Totally all-pro, prompt, knowledgeable and also a very, very nice person who wants you to be happy. You’ll be happy! Call her now! Really, she can do anything!

This company is absolutely incredible. I was selling an investment property in which the previous tenants left the house in less than ideal conditions. The refrigerator was dirty and had rust stains on the stainless steel, oven was filled with grease, floors were scratched up, windows hadn't been cleaned in years, etc. Well I wish I could share photos of the job they did. The house is impeccably clean, even removing the rust stains from the fridge, oven grease is gone and looks brand new, cleaned every cabinet in the kitchen and best of all, the floors are immaculate. Their pricing is tremendous as they only charged $300 more than another company was charging me to only buffer and wax the hardwood floors. The other company was also only using 2 coats, where this one did 4 coats, plus the thoroughness of the cleaning on a 2- story house. I couldn't be more impressed with the work they've done and likely would've paid double what they charged had I known how detail oriented they were. They even cleaned my deck and motorcycle that weren't even part of the contract. I would recommend to everyone!

I wish I could give this service more than 5 stars. From the first contact, the owner Soledad was extremely professional and totally responsive to what the needs of my job were. She came to my apartment, and we discussed every single thing I wanted done. Soon after that initial meeting, a cleaning date was set up, the cleaning team arrived exactly on time, brought all of their own equipment and supplies and began to work. They cleaned every single thing I asked for and more. They stayed until the job was done. My apartment (which is unrenovated and old) as never looked or felt so clean. I highly recommend this service - you will not be disappointed. I hired them for a deep clean but will now be using them twice a month for a regular clean.
