Steve came out the next day to look at my washer. The seal came off the door and I couldn't get it back on. He found some damage to the drum suspension which prevented the seal from lining up. He gave a decent price and a 3-5 day window to return. Two days later he called and said he was on his way. He replaced the parts and stuck to the price. He ran it and waited to make sure it was good. He was polite, courteous, responsive, and reasonable. Will use him again and recommend to others.

Our dryer wouldn't start, so we called this company. Thankfully, their appliance service technician was efficient.

Called on Thursday evening to make an appt for washer repair , appt was made for Friday between 3-6 . NO SHOW on Friday . Called to see what was going on and they said they had no record of any call of an appt being made . Lost a half of days pay to be home .. very dissatisfied !!

Was looking for someone to take a look at the washer because it was leaking when drain…read a lot of the good reviews for services but I try to call this morning and the lady over the phone is sooooo RUDE. for better helping with the customer services…recommended customer to change another phone person …

I saw an appliance truck ride down my street I stopped the guy and asked if he repair ovens he said yes he did a neighbor up the street king we're up the street came back diagnostic and was prepared to fix it with all the tools great company great company very knowledgeable I will definitely use them again
