General Contractor reviews in Edison, New Jersey

Please save your time and money

They did not do a good job and we tried contacting them about it several times and they ignored us.

I used them to do my driveway, and front patio and they were the cheapest and did such an excellent job around 5 years ago.

Repeat customer over the years. Outstanding work, excellent customer service and attractive pricing. Highly recommend.

This company is the worst. Only now am I finding out that more and more clients are complaining about this company. They were hired to redo my front porch with concrete and redo my driveway -- OVER THREE WEEKS AGO! They have cracked the foundation to my house, the cracked my sprinkler line, they have knocked brick our of my back porch and caused it b to become dislodged from the foundation and more. They have not been back to finish my driveway, fix any of their mistakes or redo the porch which looks like someone finger painted in it and is crumbling away! Never do business with them.

We have used Milano for a complete revamp of our property, over a three year span. Each project was done to our satisfaction. Rudy K, project manage designed the landscaping, was open to changes with different planting’s that we wanted. In total, they put in a patio, created new beds in the backyard, removed planting around side and front of house, replaced sidewalk, leveled backyard with drain system (solving water issues), leveled and traveled behind garage and shed and renewed lawn. Rudy and his crew were professional, timely and neat (never had to go behind them as I’ve had to with other companies). The end result is absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with them as a company.

Just watch out Milano did very bad job in pouring the concrete slab in basement, his guy even poured concrete in sump pump pit and buried the live pump with concrete
Very unprofessional and unreliable

Not even 6 months yet and it's comming off. They sent 2 guys to fix this, just to show us that they came. Bad service

I really wish there is zero star option. Patio is sinking 1/2 inch every month

We have never been more satisfied with the service and quality Performance and Commitment of Excellence provided by MILANO!

I was friends with Vin's sister. I watched him start that business from cutting Lawns to the empire he has now. He has an excellent track record.
He has an excellent business model. I would recommend him to anybody looking to have contracting done professionally...

Milano does a fantastic job handling the snow removal for our large commercial property. We all show up at work feeling safe because they do such a great job of clearing our parking lot and sidewalks.

Milano did a great job in snow plowing our parking lot. I never need to be concerned if they will show up or not. As usual a clean, effective job under difficult weather related circumstances. I would not even entertain thoughts of a new service I'm so happy with the service.

Milano and their amazing crew, transformed my backyard into a beautiful oasis! I put my pool in a few years ago and it took me a while to decide what I wanted. Rudy Koehler, a dear friend of mine and employee at Milano for many years, helped me make decisions with pavers, from color to style. The crew worked tirelessly all week to finish the pavers and still have a bit more to finish up as the weather clears up. I have known Vinny and Sylvia Milano for many years and I remember when Vin started this business with cutting lawns. So happy for all their success with their wonderful, well run business. I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking to do some home improvements.
