Yurii checked my thermostat, which was giving intermittent error messages, and suspected a faulty sensor. He took it out to inspect the wiring and also looked at the furnace's wiring in the basement. After reconnecting the thermostat, the error message didn't come up even after running the heat cycle. That works for me, thanks!

Neal was top-notch. He broke down complex tech jargon for an elderly customer who just knew the AC wasn't working. Out of three estimates, Sam's was the best value. Neal explained things clearly and in simple terms. What impressed me was that he took a personal interest in my pets - they adored him, and I suspect animals can sense genuine kindness. If you're looking for reliable service with a personal touch, I'd definitely recommend giving Sam's a try.
