I contacted this company to have a service done for my house they came and left my house very dirty, I didn't like the service.

I have known Silvia for about 20 years and she is one of the most reliable, honest, hard-working women. She has been cleaning my house for about 18 years and she and her crew always leave the place clean and fresh-smelling. I have recommended her to many friends and she has always delivered.

Silvia's team are strong, hard cleaners, perhaps a bit too hard because several times cleaning our house there were issues:
1. first time cleaning they broke a pipe connected to our toilet and we had to have the plumber come and fix at an additional $75 cost.
2. stove was cleaned, but issue of the burners acting up (either constantly igniting or not igniting) for days after the cleaning.

Silvia is also not able to plan manage her bookings/schedule appropriately. She asks for days to confirm in the coming months, but doesn't get back to confirm those dates you select. She also doesn't send a reminder the day before or tell you when she is coming to clean the house until 30-40 minutes beforehand, so your whole day is shot waiting around for her and the team.
She doesn't accept cancellations for issues ... my daughter was sick and we sent a request to change the day of our cleaning and she just flat out said she will not work for us anymore because we cancelled on the day of. Sorry, but we are not going to have a whole team cleaning our house when my daughter is not feeling well.
It is also at times very difficult to communicate with her because she barely speaks English. At times, a lot of the scheduling and planning requests get misunderstood, etc.
She has a very strange way of managing the business. Her choice to lose a client.

I booked a deep clean for $240 with vents, windows, bathrooms, floors, etc. included. After they arrived, they told me I didn’t have the “right products” and added another $25 even though they never told me to supply anything in advance.

When I came home, the job was nowhere near a deep clean. There was still visible dust on surfaces (including railings they claimed were cleaned), the bathrooms were poorly done, dressers were barely wiped which is part of any standard clean let alone a deep clean, and there was no smell or sign that real cleaning products were even used. I sent photos and they came back the next day, but only did a few quick wipe-downs and said they would “get it next time.”

She also told me she couldn’t clean the windows because it was “too cold to open them in winter,” even though it was not even October yet at the time and cleaning the windows was something she had already promised as part of the price, since she had come to walk my house a few weeks ago to give me a quote. Instead of fixing the work, she blamed the condition of my house and then said the bathrooms were done badly because of one of her worker and that she “won’t bring that girl again.”

For almost $300, I ended up spending two more hours cleaning myself after they left. Very disappointing and I would not recommend.
