I am writing this review in the hopes that it will help the next family who is basing their decision on the experiences of other clients - since their existing reviews were what ultimately helped make the decision to hire Neat & Tidy.

The building I live in had extensive construction to the facade recently which created an overwhelming amount of dust inside my apartment. There was no possible way for me to handle the amount of cleaning necessary while also caring for my disabled son. I knew I needed help.

That’s when I started looking for a cleaning service. I didn’t want to contact any of my past cleaners because ultimately, they never really did a good job of cleaning after the initial couple of visits.

I read a lot of reviews and ultimately settled on Neat & tidy - and I am so happy that I did!

I contacted them about a “post construction cleaning” project knowing that it is much more involved (and expensive) than a conventional cleaning.

Gabriele came to my apartment so that she could give me a realistic estimate and we scheduled the cleaning. To be fair, there were some tall pieces of furniture that hadn’t been dusted in a VERY long time and the construction only made it worse. All that to say, she had her work cut out for her.

The team was punctual, arrived exactly when they said they would, they split up and got straight to work. They were done in a few hours (this was a VERY extensive job- dust is pervasive and got into EVERYTHING.. including my kitchen cabinets, for example - they had their work cut out for them) and I was so impressed by their work that I asked if I could hire them on a regular basis.

Since that initial cleaning, I’ve had the pleasure of having them clean my home consistently since that first time back in November and I am always impressed by how fast they are, while still being consistent in their exceptional work.

My 2 cats love them, too - especially my little Karma, who is a very good judge of character. She never misses the opportunity to greet them and cuddle- which lets me know that she senses that they are bringing good vibes/energy and that is just as important, to me, as how well my kitchen sink is cleaned.

I have nothing but good things to say about Neat & Tidy. I know that they’re providing a service in exchange for cash but I genuinely appreciate them and the fact that no matter how messy/dirty my home is when they arrive… Ive never felt judged.
