Just make sure you look at EVERY inch of what they are supposed to clean. The cleaners were in a rush and only cleaned what they saw, not the “nooks and crannies” also no elbow grease. I keep finding new things that weren’t cleaned and I have to clean on my own, which sucks because they are not cheap.
At that when I spoke to the owner I was told twice that I should have been watching them clean to make sure they did what I wanted them to. I shouldn’t have to watch the workers clean, it’s part of trusting people to do their jobs when you pay a lot of money for it. And if I had time to watch them clean I would just do the cleaning myself. But instead I still had to clean once they left.
Also, I asked them TWICE to clean my oven, the second time the girl asked if she an come back because she had another job in an hour. This is by no means my problem because I PAID for them to come clean. In the end my oven was BARELY cleaner.
