Muy pero muy mala experiencia con ellas, primero dicen que son compañía cuando en realidad es un trabajo q lo realizan mama e hija sin ninguna máquina profesional, contrate el servicio de estas personas para que limpien mi casa antes de mudarme ya que la casa tiene
Alfombras y yo tengo 2 bebés que sufren de alergia, ellas no limpiaron nada solo cosas obvias como la estufa y la nevera, el resto todo quedó igual de sucio y me cobraron casi 1000 dólares x una limpieza ya que decían que era muy profundo el trabajo que hacían, por eso no dudé en aceptar el precio ya que me interesaba que sea profunda la limpieza. Pero no fue así, a las alfombras solo le pasaron el vacuum regular y solo en un dormitorio, el resto quedó sucio, todo con telarañas, ventanas sucias. Muy mal servicio, aparte de eso les pedí factura de su trabajo y nunca me lo dieron.. no contraten a estas personas ya que van a regalar el dinero como lo hicimos nosotros lamentablemente..

Absolutely disgraceful, very disappointed, deep cleaning was done on a empty house, only on one or two cabinets for show, otherwise found crumbs, hair etc. Carpets were not cleaned when was told they were, floors were not mopped etc. I do not recommend this cleaning service to anyone.

I highly recommend Marlene and John for cleaning! My wood floors are squeaky clean, and they always ask if I need something extra done.

Marlene and John do a fantastic job! They are very reliable and meticulous. The house looks impeccable when they leave. They are also very attentive to customer’s requests and often make very good housekeeping suggestions. I had stains with a new granite fireplace surround due to the installer’s carelessness. Even though I didn’t ask, Marlene figured out how to remove the stains and saved me a lot of trouble with the installer. Marlene & John go above and beyond!

I had a positive experience with a sibling company that offers cleaning services. Their team arrived punctually, and the cleaners were respectful, listening attentively to my instructions. Although I felt they could benefit from additional heavy-duty cleaning equipment, such as brushes, I was satisfied with their work and would consider hiring them again in the future.

I received a quick reply from my cleaning project post. It was within 39 mins. They were available next day!
Two people came. They were very fast, friendly, thoroug h and affordable!
The company was also very communicative on informing me of when they would be here. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much.🙏😊
