Tried to give them business so called the place to get quotes.......guys said not interested and hung up the phone.... they must be doing too much business:)

They always have everything I need and they have good prices and knowledgeable and helpful.

Real fast service and very easy to deal with it. Everything I needed for a water heater and furnance was available and already at their store.

Be very careful when calling this place . I don't even know if they sell plumbing supply or they are a rude phone answering service. I called to ask about a simple question and just because I don't know the plumbing language they hung up on me.... Let me repeat that they decided NOT to take my large order for business and HUNG UP on me ... Great customer Service During troubled times .. lets check back in with them in a couple a months im sure business will be Booming

I absolutely love these guys. They have saved me so much time, money and headaches by giving me solid advice and even talking me through things. I sometimes have no clue what kind of problem i have but they always help me understand and point me in the right direction.

Yes, you can go to the Big Box Stores and pay a little less but you will not get knowledgeable information and proper guidance for plumbing needs. These guys have everything you need and special order items that you can't find anywhere else. The guessing game stops here! Great place of the real DIYer!

they selling you the same products big store do that mean the quality of it is pretty low . They don't care about you, they will easy mislead you just to take from you five $ for restocking fee after you returned a product. Small places use to care about quality , own image personal relationship with clients. Not anymore . They all selling china and are not shy for making money out of it.Their ignorance is systemic and don't take it personally.

Called this morning had a water leak in basement at meter reader connector. Fast response within 30 min, the tech that serviced our property was professional, efficient. Thank you! John you do not find many caring people like-yourself.
