Voros was the plumber assigned to a home warranty claim I submitted for a water heater. The home warranty company did not provide any updates on this claim that dragged on for a month, but Voros stayed on top of it and kept me informed of progress. When the water heater finally arrived, Voros came out same day! Everyone from the office and the field guys were professional and very nice. The field techs who installed (in a crawl space!) worked so hard!
I highly recommend Voros Plumbing!

Worked with them on a warranty call. Faster response than my warranty program, kept in touch throughout, respectful technicians who left a clean work area and detailed job. Very pleased.

October 2018 - Very responsive and thorough! Free estimates - makes you want to do business with them because it implies they are confident that their work is quality and comparable. Family-owned company with woman President who not just manages but works, too! They don't stop working until they find and fix the problem - not just the symtoms! I've saved their info for future use because I know I'll need them; and I've already referred them.

Got linked up with Voros through a home warranty claim. They came out quick for the estimate, and then quickly scheduled a repair. Work looks good. Office staff was helpful with an issue with the home warranty company.

Got recommended from my home warranty service to have these guys come out because my on demand water heater was throwing up an error code. I couldn't have been happier with they're professionalism, and the one guy even taught me how to trouble shoot the issue that I was having. I would highly recommend these guys to come out if you're having heating, and plumbing issues. If you don't know a reputable service to contact, now you do!!

Timely support of both estimate request and component installation. Communicated frequently prior, during, and after installation. Technicians were competent and courteous with good engagement by owner at the onset of the installation. Engaged customer throughout task to ensure expectations were met.

These guys are absolute professionals and the best. Was extremely happy with their service and will definitely call them again. These guys are very nice and deserve more business.

The guys(Josh and his partner) that showed up were amazing!
They asked a few questions the day before and then showed up ready to go without delay!
They arrived on time and were prompt in getting to work. They completed the job and something (as always) didn’t go right with the pipes connections and a large leak sprang! Before I could even react, they guys stopped the leak corrected the issue and finished up with no issues!!!

Upon returning from vacation, we discovered that we had an issue with old valves leaking under our kitchen sink. We called Voros and they scheduled us for a service call the very next morning. Lou and Brett showed up right on time and were very polite. They completed the job neatly and professionally. I was very happy with their work and would highly recommend their services.

Had them come out 2x in the last 6 months. Both times Brett and Tim were on time, professional and fixed the issues without a problem. Brett explained things in detail throughout the process and both of them are very knowledgeable and pleasant people.

Don't let the negative reviews left here determine your options when it comes to using voros. They are left by trolls that honestly have nothing better to do with their time. Now personally I have not used voros but have had family use them, and have heard nothing but amazing reviews of their service, time and effort they put in to each customer.

I called Voros Plumbing around noon about a problem with the sump pump. Ryan and Steve came over 1-1/2 hours later. They were fully equipped and fixed the issue that afternoon. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend Voros Plumbing!

Needed a new faucet for my elderly grandmother. Not the best with my hands. These guys treated her with such respect and compassion. If i could leave more than five stars I would. Prices are fair and honest.
