Called for broken frozen pipe and Saimir was here within a few hours. He ended up having to work outside in 2 degree weather, in the dark, to get to where it was broken, had water pouring on him and was literally covered in ice from head to toe. He finished the job, was humble about it all and had a smile on his face the whole time. What a great man and company! I cant believe he didnt pack up and go home. I dont know how he did it in the freezing cold. I am forever grateful to this company! I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs help. 10/10!!!
