We used TMAdams when we converted from oil to gas. Quick, efficient, clean. I’ve had them in every year to do the fall servicing. Very professional.
Had a leak from my upstairs bathroom to my kitchen about 10:30 at night. Didn’t know who to call, not realizing Adams did plumbing. Got a name off the internet that did 24 hour service. $95 later for a :10 visit to shut my water off…The next day I called Bryan from TDAdams and told him of my dilemma. He immediately said he would be happy to come and take a look for a second opinion . I could stay with the other company if I wanted. No pressure. He also told me I could call anytime with questions. It was at this point I canceled my appt with the other company and gave the job to TDAdams. Bryan came in and had the job done within 2 days. I wasn’t home, gave him my key. Totally trustworthy. Right now I have the plasterer/spackler in my house. Again, since recommended by Bryan, I totally trust when I’m not there. So far his work has been great. Will have him in to paint the rooms in my house. Will also have Bryan and his crew back to do some electrical work and replace a bathroom vanity. Great people. Highly recommend.

TM Adams is great! Carlos and Bryan came to my house in a pinch and were able to get my heat up and running in a few hours. Extremely professional, super helpful, and very reasonably priced! Highly recommended!

He's a very very professional gentleman. And my most recent service call occurred Jan 13, 2025 on Monday (today)

He sent out his service professional Savan and his helper. And Savan was absolutely top notch in figuring out fast if my heat boiler was messed up

It ended up, my boiler is just fine , after my power outage. But I'm glad I called Tom's company TM Adam's anyways. Because Savan opened the module and checked to make sure the control port is working right

And also showed me how to relieve PSI hot water pressure and when to relieve it, it also does this automatically but can be done manually with a knob

Thank you Tom and thank you Savan, for taking the time to teach me this and to answer all my questions. Truly professionals of the highest level. And they're so kind I wasn't even charged full price for the call due to it being a non work call just a check up

I am leaving a 2nd review for TM Adams. Tommy and team did great job in installing a basement bathroom. The work involved digging up the concrete floor to install new waste lines, fitting the acrylic shower pan, tiling with radiant heat underneath(!), lighting, running new hot water lines, painting, and fitting the fixtures in a small space; this was not an easy project. We also had the usual back and forth with the inspectors, which went smoothly. The quality of the work was excellent and they were great about cleaning/disposal. I really appreciated their consistent communication in explaining the pros/cons/costs of various design choices. TM Adams is a high-quality contractor and I recommend them highly.

I was referred to TM Adams by a plumber. I used them to install a chimney liner, and to address oil supply lines that were left in the basement, after an oil tank removal.

Tommy and Jonathan came for the initial assessment on the same day that I made the initial call. They explained the chimney liner and rain cap installation to me in a clear manner. They also explained how they would cut, seal, and bury the oil supply lines in the basement floor with a concrete patch. They quoted a price on the spot for all this work. I immediately accepted their offer, based solely on their professionalism, respectful manner, clear communication style, and pricing.

They followed up with an email quote and scheduled the installation within a few days. Kevin’s work on the installation and repair was impeccable. Jonathan took care of filing the building permit and communicated with me throughout the process.

Tommy runs his company with integrity and experience; their expertise is evident in the quality of their work. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. TM Adams has my strongest endorsement as a master plumber, heating, and chimney contractor.

Worked with Tommy, Bryan, Tiffany and other workers last year and right from the start received that old school level of trust, knowledge, responsiveness, quality of work & friendliness from everyone start to finish with a conversion from oil to gas heat and AC upgrade. Just a pleasure working with the entire team.

Last week my hot water heater started leaking, so went right back to them. First call, Tiffany & Bryan took care of me with Bryan & the crew at my house first thing in the morning getting us back up and running with plenty of hot water.

My century-old chimney was partially collapsed and blocked the gas furnace and boiler exhaust. TM Adams did a wonderful job to fix them quickly. Tom and Tiffany are very responsive and friendly, the price is reasonable, the job is excellent.

I am very impressed with TM Adams!!! Today they replaced my 70+ year old chimney liner plus did a repair to my furnace. Everything went very well. They were all so careful and respectful of my home and left absolutely no mess at all!! You wouldn't even know they were here! All of the gentlemen that were at my home as well as Tiffany in the office are very nice !!! So professional, friendly and knowledgeable! TM Adams replaced our water heater. They were so great to work with and available when issues came up after installation. They guarantee their work and I’m so glad we chose them for the job.

I have worked with TM Adams for several things that needed to be fixed or replaced - whole house A/C unit, water heater, plumbing leak issue , etc. Tom and his entire crew are always very concerned in getting the job done correctly the first time. ALWAYS makes sure that everything is done right, cleaned up, and you would never know that they were there - except that the problem if fixed 100%.
