How I wish other service providers worked this way...

The gentleman responded to my call and arrived within the hour. He was very professional, charged exactly what he indicated he would and most importantly, took care of my problem (addressing a clogged dryer vent).

I would definitely use this company again and would recommend it strongly to anyone looking for (at least) this service.

Benzvac is my go to dryer vent cleaning company. They were super fast and professional and got the job done right. The worker was very knowledgeable, professional and overall a really nice guy. They are very on time and I will definitely use their services again. I highly recommend this company.

I was very happy with my dryer vent cleaning and hose repair. I was able to book an appointment within one day and the price was below that of other companies that service the Montville area.

This company is highly professional. We hired them for dryer vent cleaning. They were able to come out the same day I called and gave us an unbeatable price. I will definitely be hiring them again.

I called BenzVac one morning for a dryer vent cleaning and he was able to schedule the service for that day itself. He clearly communicated what time he'd be arriving and what to expect during the visit. He did a great job with the service and even gave recommendations for replacing our HVAC filter as the one we were using was not very effective. I highly recommend BenzVac!

I had a great experience with Benzvac. Richard was very responsive, explained the process of cleaning my dryer vent and accommodated my schedule. Will definitely use their services in the future.

Great company. Had them out to clean dryer vents, and they were punctual, straightforward, and honest. Professional job done at a fair price. Highly recommend.

AMAZING service! Fast and honest.

I reached out to Rich for dryer vent cleaning. Or so I thought that's what I needed. Our new (about 1yr old) LG dryer kept shutting off and refused to complete a cycle. It would stop after 5 to 10 minutes. I would put one load 4 (sometimes 5!) times to get it dry. Called LG and they suggested an exhaust duct cleaning was required.

Rich arrived on time and upon quick inspection found the issue. It wasn't so much a buildup of lint causing the issue. It was a bad installation that was causing a blockage. One of the ducts was crushed and narrowed to fit into the other duct parts.

Luckily, he had all the necessary parts to replace the exhaust duct. My dryer is working well now; no more error messages.

Thank you, Rich!

I called Richard on a Saturday and he scheduled with me for a dryer vent cleaning on Monday afternoon. He showed up on time. Very professional, he offered great tips to keep the system running well.
We’ll definitely use their service again and am already sending his number to family members.

Fantastic experience. I called for dryer vent cleaning and he squeezed me in same day and was super responsive and incredibly helpful troubleshooting my dryer issue after cleaning my vent. All for a very reasonable price.

Alex at BenzVac was excellent. I called for a routine cleaning of my dryer vent, and he was able to come by the same day. He was on time, extremely friendly and courteous, and he did a fantastic job. He also provided consultation on possible fixes I should consider. Definitely recommend.

Richard was immediately available and flexible to clean our difficult-to-access clothes dryer ducts and vent. He showed up on time and completed the job excellently. The cost was very fair and reasonable. Excellent value. I highly recommend Richard and BenzVac.

They came one day after calling and were very professional and did a great job. I called a few places before picking them and they were very reasonably priced as well.

Will be using them again in the future.

I live in a hometown in Nutley, so it's mandatory to get inspections and cleaning the Vents dryers and chimneys here. I usually don't post reviews but it's the second time I called this company. The job was done during the weekend which was perfect for me, and I can honestly say that it past my expectations, because thanks to this inspection I avoided a disaster with the electricity! At the end, all was perfectly and nicely done and the total price even better than other companies.
Very professional, kind, reliable and honest service. I definitely recommend.

I called on a Friday for issues with my vent being incorrectly connected to my dryer. He was able to come Sunday afternoon and did a great job. He was professional, knowledgeable and at a very fair rate. Definitely will be using again!

Richard is a professional and works in a clean and timely manner.

I hired Richard to properly clean ducts that were left a mess by another duct cleaning service.

He brought the proper cleaning equipment and covered floors and furniture to capture any debris.

Fair pricing, will use again, and recommend to family, friends, and clients.

Always professional and reliable. Answered a call at 9pm on a Sunday and was at the house 9:30 am the next day. I’ve used them now on 3 separate occasions and I am always satisfied and will recommend to anyone who needs a quality service at a reasonable price. Updated 3/11/2024- Best company out there! Came same day and took care of clogged dryer and didn’t even want to accept any money! Love this guy!
