The only place I could find to repair my Breville coffee machine and turned out to be fantastic service and everyone I spoke with was really friendly and nice to speak with.

The best company, I choose them to repair my subzero fridge and wolf double wall oven, they repaired it right away, before I choose other 2 companies and been told that has to replace units, not repairable. UTS repaired it same day.

They were ok to work with but curiously often had to repeat visits and order additional parts. When I asked for explanation they always said need more parts. The last time was the final straw. 3 visits and over 3 weeks of waiting only to be told the last time they had to order yet another part. This was after they totally disable my dryer so it was shut down when it was working prior.

I reached out to office and management and the answer was you will have to wait another week for an additional part. This should have been ordered 3 weeks prior. I give up!

Can not say enough good things about Vaughn at UTS. My fridge was freezing items in the back on one side. After another company came to my house barely looked at the fridge, told me to try raising the temperature of my fridge to fix the problem and charged me $100 I called UTS. Vaughn came, did a full examination of the fridge and fixed what was actually wrong (the fan had come loose and bumped into some other part). He wouldn’t take any payment for his time since he didn’t want me to have to pay another fee on top of the scam fee I’d already paid that day. A true professional with exceptional customer service. I’ll not hesitate to call them again.

Vahagn knows what he's doing- & worked hard to fix my microwave/wall oven combo unit. He was also really great to interact with on the phone for scheduling & right on time for our appt.
