We have a brand new HVAC system throughout house (big investment, so worthwhile!!!) and suddenly one of the units just quit. All the others were fine.

Called ICS for service and they responded right away. The Service Tech (Humberto) was right on time, kind enough to wait for me as I was rushing there from work. He checked the system thoroughly and explained what he was doing. Turned out it was just a tripped circuit breaker - which I’d never even thought of, and it was back to working perfectly.

Quick, friendly, my dog loved him (always a good sign), and I learned a bit more about our new HVAC system! A big thank you to Humberto, and we LOVE ICS!!

ICS was absolutely fantastic with the installation of a 5-zone ductless air conditioning system in our home. Everyone at ICS that we worked with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, from providing information and quotes to the two-day installation to the follow up post-installation. After a seamless installation, the team thoroughly explained how the system worked and left our home clean and tidy. We would recommend ICS to anyone looking for HVAC.

We had ICS install ductless mini splits on our first floor and a ducted system on the second floor and they did a great job. The project took 3 days for installation. The team was very professional throughout the process - from our initial home visit for an estimate, all the way through the end showing us how the system works, coming back to make some modifications, and scheduling the required permits and inspections with the town on our behalf. I would definitely recommend ICS for your HVAC needs.

Excellent company, high quality equipment and installation, great project manager Harry - very responsive and helpful to answer any question I had. Installation included completely new Heat Pump installation in 100 year old without central AC and ducts. Great installation crew that installed all this with respect and minimal disruption for me working from home during time of installation. They cleaned up work site as well. Highly recommended!

The technical capability and performance of the Integrate Comfort Systems team, without question, surpassed my expectations. From the very beginning, the owner explained the importance of sizing the system correctly, provided different equipment options and was always available to speak with me. The installation team was technically precise inside and out, and the work place was always clean. In addition to knowing their trade, and speaking briefly with them, I was impressed how engaged each member was and each displaying very good character which was very rewarding to see. If you're looking for excellence in knowledge, technical expertise, and performance, Integrate Comfort Systems is the company. I am also looking forward to having them perform yearly maintenance.

Very pleased with routine maintenance provided… our tech Jordan was courteous and everything done within a timely fashion. Also received a follow up call from Jason to make sure all was well. Extremely pleased with services provided and grateful for such kind workers.

I had scheduled an appointment for maintenance on my ductless units. Victor arrived promptly, surprisingly right on time. Prior to entering the home, he put on shoe protectors as to not get my floors dirty. He was able to clean all six units within a reasonable amount of time and then gave me the update that everything was running smoothly. Jason was great to work with as far as scheduling and follow ups. I feel like I got a full service from them and they are so easy to work with they really know their stuff.
