I was sold on Pacific HVAC after reading the numerous positive reviews, so I hired Danny, the company's lead person. My husband and I had him install two mini splits in our house. From the get-go, I sensed he was a straight shooter with good knowledge. Compared to quotes from other HVAC companies in NJ that were ridiculously high, Danny's price is very reasonable. Since my friends, who are unlicensed in NYC but in the industry, told me Danny isn't taking advantage of me, I trust his assessment. As for communication, talking to Danny feels like chatting with an old uncle - he always responds. I also appreciate that he hires reliable workers. That's why I'm definitely using Pacific HVAC for future maintenance tasks.
