Miguel and his assistant arrived fast, were very friendly, and handled the repair with real skill. They fixed the pipe without any hassle and didn't charge more just because it was an urgent job. The work was done so smoothly that we barely had any disruption to our water service. I’ll be sure to call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Both Theodore and Jorge did an excellent job with my plumbing repairs. When I first made my claim with my home warranty company, Theodore stepped in and handled all the back-and-forth with them. The warranty company was hesitant to cover everything, but Theodore kept following up until they agreed to take care of the full plumbing issue. She really went the extra mile and made the whole process much easier for me. I can tell she is a huge asset to the team. As for Jorge, I had a few different plumbers come by to check out the problem before, but when Jorge arrived, his plumbing expertise was clear right away. He replaced 28 angle stops and several supply lines throughout my home. Even while working, he took time to help out other plumbers from the company over the phone. Jorge was very thorough—after installing everything, he checked each angle stop for leaks, fixed two small leaks he found, and then checked everything again to be sure it was perfect. He stayed until the job was completely finished, and before leaving, he even noticed a problem with my water heater main lines. He suggested I put in a claim for that as well, and if my warranty sends the job to this company, I’ll definitely ask for Jorge again. I highly recommend both Theodore and Jorge for their dedication and professionalism.
