Noell M & Sam C arrived in the scheduled window and diagnosed the problem. They explained that I needed a new transformer. They had one on the truck and quoted me a fee. They did the repair work and then tested the system. The heat was working once again. They could not have been nicer and got the work done quickly. The furnace is in the attic and it is a tight squeeze to work on it but they did not even flinch.

Boris was a very knowledgeable technician around the issue regarding the steam boiler. He took his time to analyze and also explain what could be the problem. Also, he was very well mannered, respectful, and prepared for the task.

Excellent service! I’m really impressed! The 3 guys who came to give me a new heater and A/C unit were excellent workers and nice.

Installation of mini-split in our 1944 house went smoothly and we are very happy with the finished product. The installers worked as a team, and the whole process was calm, clean, and efficient. I can honestly say I couldn’t ask for more.

We had 2 ductless mini-split units installed in two separate rooms. We couldn't be happier with the work. The whole install looks so clean. From the initial consult to the end of the project, the whole crew was professional and respectful and would not hesitate to use Reiner again.

I have used Reiner for over 40 years and have always been satisfied with their service. Their staff have been uniformly courteous and knowledgeable. Noel, who was the gentleman who serviced my heating system found a potential area that could leak and fixed it expeditiously.

I got a maintenance on my heating system this morning. Timothy was there before 8AM and was very diligent and a complete professional in doing what he had to do to test the boiler and the two zone heating. I am glad I had Reiner install both the heating system and the central AC in my newly renovated home. They are the best in the industry and I won't trust anyone else! Thank you Reiner & team! We had a full removal of our old system and a new system completely installed. They are Very knowledgeable and professional. Chris laid out a nice plan and the team executed. They didn't leave until we were comfortable and our questions were asked.

Reiner Mgmt Team - promote this guy and give him a raise immediately. All of your techs are great, but Noel is a cut above the rest.

Please send him to service our home on all future appointments. He knows our home very well and keeps us warm / cool as needed all year long. It's because of professionals like Noel that we remain happy clients and continue to refer Reiner to our neighbors!

I’ve been using Reiner for years. Responsive, knowledgeable service and always beats the competition on prices when I need a major replacement or service job. Christian S. serviced my boiler and mini split today, and he was great.

Had PSE&G worry free and they came twice said they don’t cover anything other the the furnace firing and it was a damper issue!! Reiner came first try trouble shot and fixed it. The heat now blast better then ever! Cost me less then $500.

The crew was extremely professional. Anthony the crew leader was very professional in handling his coworkers by asking if all was ok and if they needed help or had any questions. His coworkers were also very professional with their tasks on the installation they were responsible for. The overall job was clean and no blemishes. My home was left clean and orderly after each day of work was completed. I recommend Reiner hvac for any hvac needs. As for the salesman Chris was a no pressure person. He explained every aspect of the job. It was executed just as explained. Thank you to all the Reiner staff for a job well done.

Our AC died in the middle of an excessive heat wave (90’s) and seemed like it would never end. We called Reiner and Rich Sellitto came out and gave is three price quotes. Rich was a gentleman, knowledgable and attentive to our needs. A week later Anthony Justin and Rubin arrived around 8AM and waisted no time removing our old unit and installing our new one. They were a well oiled machine, knew exactly what to do and were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They worked through the heat in our attic and never complained. The workmanship was top notch and looks amazing if an AC unit could ever look amazing. I want to commend the team from Rich to Anthony, Justin and Rubin for a job well done. The best part was when they left, we had an efficient, quiet AC unit on a 90 degree day. Bravo to Reiner group and this amazing team.

Ivan, Mike, Lenny and Omar were all punctual, knowledgeable and professional. After a previous team from Reiner identified the issue was a bad evap coil, they still confirmed pressure test results before beginning work.

The team worked efficiently dividing tasks to complete the replacement in an expedient way. The attention to details on the small stuff that matters was great to see. The system was replaced, repaired and tested with multiple sets of eyes on each step. I really appreciated the excellent communication from all members of the team and the realistic timelines provided.

Noel and Sam were excellent. Noel was patient in listening to any questions I had about the perceived problem with our heating system. He checked out the system numerous times and assured me everything was working normally.

Boris from Reiner Group arrived within the time frame given to me and I found him to be very friendly and professional. After the maintenance and inspection were over he cleaned the work area. He also took the time to ask if I had any concerns or questions. I was very happy having my seasonal maintenance performed by Boris at the Reiner Group.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Reiner for over 20 years. They installed a complete furnace/air conditioning system shortly after I bought my townhouse & Ive had a maintenance contract on both systems since Reiner installed them. I’ve paid only customary charges over & above the yearly maintenance.
