Noell M & Sam C arrived in the scheduled window and diagnosed the problem. They explained that I needed a new transformer. They had one on the truck and quoted me a fee. They did the repair work and then tested the system. The heat was working once again. They could not have been nicer and got the work done quickly. The furnace is in the attic and it is a tight squeeze to work on it but they did not even flinch.

I had high expectations for Reiner. A coworker I knew for years and a neighbour both recommended. With that said, my experience was completely different. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly but the technician wasn't on time, conflicting with work meetings I was trying to avoid. I couldn't be with him all the time but i heard banging from the basement. He left a few uncovered holes and broken sealing strip he neglected to replace. Luckily I had some and did it myself. Ended up charged a bit over $200 but he couldn't figure out the problem, so there goes my money.
After a week the sales people decided to make the appointment only to provide a quote 50% higher than competitors. No rebates, no interest free financing. I'm unsure what kind of customer Reiner serves, certainly not me. -

Boris was a very knowledgeable technician around the issue regarding the steam boiler. He took his time to analyze and also explain what could be the problem. Also, he was very well mannered, respectful, and prepared for the task.
